Garbage warranty when the contractor they sent to repair HVAC charged me 1,300 to replace a system that just needed a repair! And, I could have paid the cost they charged to replace it myself, why have a warranty!!! Total waste, tempted to sue!

On February 14, 2021 my furnace stopped working. I called AHS and in to middle of an artic freeze I was scammed to purchase a 3 piece system instead of the tech trouble shooting why my unit was not working. It was not "shot" it needed a part replaced. BAD BUSINESS!!!

I pay top dollar a year in advance,but if you have a pool, AHS covers almost nothing . They put in wrong part for svc. order. Thank God I called back to double check & found they don’t cover the part I needed. If I had not called back in I would have lost my $100.00.
