I usually get a reasonable response in a reasonable period of time and I get follow up if they see that my ticket is still open. When I the first contractor they sent was not the best they were able to make another referral that worked out well.

Easy to file a claim and get a representative. I've had to use it actually a couple times. I've used it for my H V A C, twice for heating and air, and then I've also used it for when my ice maker stopped working. Anytime I've been on the phone with them I've never had any issues and they've helped me get everything I need.

Although website makes it easy to file a claim, when one has to call to ask a question one is often on hold for over an hour. Last night I was on call over an hour and still did not get my question answered despite talking to 2 service people. Its been 3-4 weeks since claim filed and service provider determined that appluance needs replacing but no contact by 2-10.

They should hire better people. I reported that my ice maker wasn't working and it took two weeks before they even sent somebody out. Then the guy came out, ordered parts, scheduled an appointment to fix my ice maker and never heard from again. I've reached out to Choice and they said they were going to send him a special work order today saying "you need to respond within twenty four hours to the lady" and he still hasn't called back.

I've just been overall very happy with them which is why I've kept them for all the years I have, I wish the rates didn't go up so much each month but other than that I've renewed every year. They've replaced the air conditioning unit, hot water tank, repaired the refrigerator, garage door so I've been pretty happy with the work.

There's a lot of things that I need to use my warranty for, and I've recommended them to a friend a couple times already. The wait times are ridiculous because sometimes you have to call back, everybody has a different level of experience and knowledge, and sometimes you have to fight to get claims processed.

They arrived on time, they gave me a good person that is reliable to do the service. They even offered to pay. Didn't bill me for one of the calls because of the issue being so unusual.

I just needed to use them last month and one of the people that came they temporarily fixed it and you try and call him back and he never answered the phone again so I had to call 2-10 and they sent me someone else out which they did a great job. I've had them for 18 years and over the years the cost has gone up but I think it's well worth it.

We used them several times. We had the air conditioner run go out and I placed an online request for service. Within about two hours I had a call from a contractor who came out the next morning. He showed up actually earlier than he said he would be here. He solved the problem and educated me. Something that was unique about our air condition unit which had a circuit breaker born in it and told me how to use it when I also have a help to reset that without requiring a service call so I thought that was an exceptional experience. The company follows up nicely.

The phone representatives are awesome. However, there is a lack of communication and no attention to detail when it comes to ordering parts quickly and efficiently. We have had no Air Conditioning for a week now and I cannot get an update on the status of the parts. Furthermore, there is a contractor that I officially complained about (Lloyd's/Whitewater) and was told I would get a call from the department that deals with contractors and have not gotten any contact about it. Our current contractor, Southeast Air is doing a great job but they cannot finish because no urgency is being put on getting the part and we are living in a house with NO AIR Conditioning where it is 85 degrees with a 100 degree heat index outside. This is completely unacceptable yet the right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing to get this resolved.

My guest bathroom had a leaking faucet and it was it was constant it started to stain my ceiling. They are timely and the service providers that are under contract are top notch quality. They're pretty responsive. I've only had a few issues where it took awhile to get someone actually assign to my case. You go to the website, fill out the work order request, and they find someone. I would say I don't think they check their list of providers consistently because when I reached out for a plumbing issue the first person they assigned to me was no longer available. It's been a better experience than other companies I have used.

We just needed to use our warranty a few weeks ago when our upstairs AC unit was not working correctly. I logged onto the website and was able to request service and even request the contractor that we specifically wanted and had used in the past and it was all arranged the way we had requested within a few minutes and I had a service scheduled for the next morning. The online website is much improved over previous experiences with the people in customer service from several years ago and were less than positive.

Just recently we had an electrical problem and my husband just got on the website and reported it and within a day someone texted us that they would be out that afternoon, it was great. Every time I've called about issues in the area they all help me out a lot. Recently my washing machine was making a noise so a service technician came out and he diagnosed it as the drum was bad and recommendation would be to replace this washing machine and the only downfall was I had to wait some time before the washing machine was delivered. I was overall happy with the service.

I've used my warranty recently for my heating air conditioning system, which was going out after 16 years and could not be fixed but it had to be replaced.They were not finished until I was satisfied with the work that was done.

It's easy to schedule and easy to get in touch with somebody when I need to. We had an issue with our HVAC a couple of weeks ago and I wasn't getting a response from the person who was originally assigned to it so I called and they changed it and I got a response right away from that person. I tend to have a problem with the plumbers.

I haven't had any problems with it. Every time I have called we've got help. I had my air conditioner that was acting up and so went online and someone called me and set up an appointment the next day. They came on the time they said. They replaced the condenser in less than thirty minutes and it was back up and running. I think they've gotten real good people.

Our AC was having a problem. And we thought it would be something simple, but it ended up being a lot more complicated but it got resolved. They get back to me pretty quick. You have to be a little computer literate but as long as you can let them know what's going on the issue so you can get somebody out pretty quick.

Every time I've had to use it except this last time it's been good. I submit an online request and they would call within twenty four hours then the company would come out and they would take care of it so really for the most part it's been really, really positive. It would be nice if we didn't have to wait on hold so long to get an actual human to talk to. I was on hold for like an hour and a half one day.

Anytime you call customer support takes 60 minutes waiting before you have to speak to a person. The message tells you over and over again to address your concerns online on the website but you can't address almost anything if I put in a work request online. Every time I've called in the last six months because I've dealt with them constantly on a weekly basis it's one of the people it hangs up on me. They never called me back which is not really understandable considering they have my phone number up on the screen because they confirm it so I never know why people lose connection with you and never bothered to call you back. I also dealt with several people recently who had no idea what they were doing. It used to be better.

Very happy with the service. They're very attentive to my needs and my concerns and they were quick to respond on on the claim. When my air conditioner broke I needed a contractor and the claim went through very fast and contractor responded very fast and very efficient.

They have been reliable and consistent and I haven't really had any problems that haven't been addressed. We've used them for air conditioning service and they came out and diagnosed and fixed whatever the issue was. They've been consistently performing.

It's a long wait to get claims settled. Every time I called they answered intelligently and they knew what they were talking about. What they said was gonna happen happened. When my garbage disposal wouldn't work the gentleman that came over was quick and fixed the issue right away and I just had to pay the hundred dollar fee.

When I have to call they send someone out. It's been good, they replace things that needed to be replaced when they couldn't find the parts for it. We have to get a new stove and a new refrigerator because they couldn't find the parts for it. Now we are in the process of getting the AC repaired.

After you call, they put in whatever needs to be done and then send dispatch with people who can solve the problem. One time I had to use it and it wasn't covered and I didn't understand because they never explained what was covered and they made me think that everything was under the warranty.

Filing a claim was easy with the customer support. Our oven was broken so I filed a claim which was pretty easy and within the next forty eight hours I got a call from a contractor and he showed up the next day. He asked for whatever was needed from the insurance and then within a week I had my oven fixed.

Always very quick. They work with us really well and they always answer questions. We had 2-10 given to us from our first home purchased and we had a really good experience with it so we stuck with it. Memorial Day weekend 2018 our AC went out on the Friday night and we called service and then they had somebody out Saturday morning to fix it.
