Very attentive. I don't like that the price goes up every year. I used my warranty recently because my AC wasn't working properly. They sent a company out it was the weekend so someone came on tuesday. They fixed the problem but it happened again two days later. I called them and they were very helpful. They sent someone else out within two days and the problem was fixed.

I've been having an issue getting someone to respond to my request. I think with the refrigerator they recommended I wait fifteen business days or something like that, other than that everything is going well. I needed to use my warranty for my refrigerator and the assigned vendor called me the same day which was great and he said he had ordered some parts, I went ahead and paid the fee. That was over two weeks ago and I haven't heard from him and I haven't heard from anyone at 2-10 either.

The customer service has been very reliable but I am having an issue with them right now. They have been good at getting people out to repair things and taking care of issues. As far as when something needs to be replaced in the home or taking care of replacement I have not been satisfied with their service. But I recently used my warranty to repair my air conditioning and I called 2-10 and they assigned personnel to me, he came out within two days after the assignment. He had it working properly within thirty to forty minutes and it was a very good experience.

The hold time is really really long if I call them and the last time I had to call three different times because the automated system was not working correctly. My heat had cold air coming out of it so I put in the ticket online and they had a company contact me and I can have them come take care of it.

The customer support is good but the problem is you're on the phone for over thirty to forty minutes. I have to use it on the air pressure switch for the treaded bathtub base. Sent over some repairmen who were not qualified to fix it then they sent over the electrician, he could only do part of it. I had to get him to write something on his invoice that he couldn't finish it. I went back 2-10 warranty so they could send somebody out who's, capable. Their website or so they're drop-down menus is terrible it really doesn't have what you need and increases a lot of problems because you write comments, I don't think you would ever read the comments.

There are times that I called in and the company comes out to fix the part and if the parts can't be found or fixed they offer to pay me to replace the part. You have to submit a claim online otherwise it's a super long wait to get things taken care of properly. Then you can see it online the company that they've contacted for you within twenty four hours. Overall they have the least deductible and the most coverage.

They were very efficient, they get right back to you. I'm used to talking to someone on the phone, but when you can use technology they do respond so it's very streamlined and very efficient. I needed to use my warranty for when my garage malfunctioned and I'm pleased with what they did because the garage door is working fine.

They've been very reactive and any kind of a problem they will take care of in a prompt manner. Everything was was in good condition. Recently I had a problem with the dishwasher and within a couple of hours they arranged for an appointment and within a couple days they were here. There was a seventy five dollar service charge every time.

Sometimes by using the company they send out it takes too long when I need an immediate remedy all because they don't have the parts, it shouldn't take that long. We used the warranty recently on our dishwasher that basically wasn't draining correctly, so I took the claim to two ten and they were able to send out a technician that same day to diagnose the issue and get it address. The only issue we had was with the parts that took too long. The experience was seamless. They were able to triage my issue appropriately and I got the appropriate attention I needed.

I had a refrigerator switch that went out and they came and fixed it and then the freezer wasn't shutting right so they came back and fixed it. And the another call was for the dishwasher and the gentleman, Ronald, was awesome and he put in a new seal and we're good to go. So very very great service, just the portal was the problem sometimes. If I couldn't get the portal working I had to call in to get it fixed, but there were thing I couldn't do on the portal. I'd say Ronald from Discount Appliance was the absolute best that I've seen in the business.

The service is quick. When I've had to use them they call me back right away or they email me to let me know what's going on and then usually the service is provided within 48 to 72 hours. One time I needed to used my warranty for my stove range. There was a gas leak in the stove so I had to use the warranty to call someone to come out to take a look at it and it needed a part, so the warranty company provided the part. I paid the service fee and they got back and talked with me in about a week to provide the part and fix the range and now it's okay. Even though they had to come back out second time with the part they still got back to me in a timely manner.

Just a few weeks ago there was a leak in our hot water heater and I put the request in maybe around 8 PM on a Friday and Saturday by 3 PM it was fixed so and it was quality work and very timely. Whenever I have an issue it never takes long for it to be fixed.

They kept telling me to go to the portal to get updates and the portal does not update and does not give the detailed update that I needed when I was having problems. We put in a claim for one of our furnaces and the chosen contractor was dragging its feet with everything and then they got a second person out to come and take a look at the furnace. Most of the reps were very helpful and very sympathetic to the problems that I was having, but there was one rep that was awful and needs to be retrained.

Initially it was difficult, possibly due to covid, but it's gotten really really good. It's difficult to navigate the website and the online customer service. It's very very difficult to get a real person. I got put on hold for a long time and had to go through another avenue to reach a human being who could help me. The automated website is not really customer friendly. Once you're able to get to a real person the service is really good.

I actually just recently use it for my HVAC and I put a claim in, they sent a company out and luckily there was an incident with that company, but they sent out a new company after that and was able to get on my issue fixed. It's incredibly difficult to actually get anybody by phone. You have to do everything through emails or through their website.

The second time I used the home warranty which was recently for a plumbing issue. They weren't able to resolve it because of the contractor that came out couldn't locate the part but they sent somebody out a few days later to replace it.

I had a leak from my refrigerator and I used the app to place a service call and they got back to me very quickly and scheduled a time that was convenient. They communicate very well, they are quick to kind of set up a schedule around your availability.

They are very good in solving issues. When I had issue with an electrical company that spent 5 minute to troubleshoot smoke detector issue and could not fix it but ask me to pay them 500 hundred dollars' reported the issue to 2-10 and they sent another electric company to fix the issue without paying any money.

Very happy with your services. You do the best you can to get providers that DO THE WORK right. (We had one last year that took the co-payment and ran. They never turned in a report and weren't going to do any work, just in it for the co-payment.)

It was a little hard to contact them because it happened on a weekend and I'm not real computer literate so I didn't turn it in by the computer I waited and called on Monday after that someone got a hold of me within twenty four hours.so that was that was good I mean that's what I expected. I don't have anything negative to say.

It was easy to schedule somebody to come out and get our issue fixed in a timely manner. I've used them one time just recently when something was wrong with our garbage disposal it was backed up so someone came out to fix that.

I appreciate being encouraged to regularly have the tune-ups done. The most positive experience I had was when our garage door opener wasn't working. And I was able to get through to two to ten home warranties contractor to come out and fix it for just the eighty five dollar fee. I often have to wait on hold but when I do get through, usually I am able to get a helpful answer.
