Anytime I've needed needed to call 2-10 they have been fantastic and answered my questions and basically handle whatever situation had arise. Our air conditioner actually started smoking on the inside I don't know if the motor locked up or if it was a fire I don't know, but luckily it was contained there and so of course we call the warranty and the guy actually came out that day and it fixed it and because we live in Alabama it's hot all year and so he was able to fix it that day and get our air back working. I have had a couple of problems with the service providers that they send out but if I call the customer service they will send out a second opinion and handle it and it's been fantastic.

The woman that I spoke with, I think she was out of Colorado, that signed me up was just fabulous and I haven't had anything but positive since that. Any questions that I ever have had been answered through phone or email very, very promptly and it's so easy to put in a work order through the portal, it's very easy to navigate it through the portal. Not long ago we were concerned about a plumbing noise that we were hearing and so I went on to my portal I just simply put in the work order and within hours I was hooked up with a plumbing service. They came within three days and everything was handled wonderfully. At first I thought it was very affordable but this is my second year and it's gone up like thirty dollars a month.

When I reupped at the beginning of 2022 the price had increased quite a bit, so if you don't get to a point where also the not only the actual policy has increased but it's also you know twenty five dollars more to get a technician at the door and it was the year before, so I just hope the prices don't continue to creep up like that. Everything's been fine so far, has been minimal but I appreciate having the service available. Both times the technician was really good from the company that two ten contacted, very friendly and efficient, they got there on time and it was easy. Easy process requesting service and I talked to a couple of people that were extremely helpful very friendly tell me exactly what to do walk me through the process.

I really didn't have to use my warranty. I was planning on using the warranty because one of our copper pipes broke in the wall and I didn't understand that that was not covered in the warranty so we had to pay for that out of pocket. The person I spoke with first of all was very helpful and explaining my two ten policy to me and also he explained to me that I was entitled to I didn't realize that have I had an AC service policy on there. He gave me the number and said so I can connect you right now I told them that I don't have time right so he says here's the number, call as soon as you can and the appointment for the AC service took only a few days.

They're very attentive and they're very helpful. I've had it for a year and I've got to use it three times already, two times due to my air conditioning and one through to my water heater and they were fixed within 2 days and with the water heater I'm still waiting on just because they have to replace the whole thing. The woman that recently helped me I was having issues with the portal log in online. I had mentioned that a few times a different when our workers and they hadn't been able to fix it but Leslie Madeline was able to fix it for me and she was really good actually she got everything that I needed done and and I'm sufficient amount of time.

It is very easy communicating with them and very easy to get somebody out and very quick as well. I'm able to get my issues corrected quickly. I recently needed to use my warranty, my furnace was not coming on and I called them to check on the furnace and they sent someone out the very next day. I haven't had any issues with things since they've been fixed.It's definitely a good choice to go with 2-10. There's only a hundred dollar deductible or service fee when someone comes out. Now if there is something bigger than the issue then they may charge more for it right now 100 dollars can't beat it. I trust them.

So this is going to sound terrible, but I was with American Home Shield and they've outsourced all of their customer support to the Philippines and it's a mess so I am so grateful to talk to people to understand what I'm saying and can do something so it's a breath of fresh air. I'm probably gonna have to file another claim but I had a problem with the garage door opener, guy was out the next day and it was fixed and done. Easy, simple, efficient and perfect so easy. The quality of their customer support is outstanding and they're very responsive and I'm very pleased with them. I hope they don't change because if they don't they'll have me for a long time. I have no reason to doubt them.

Its pretty easy to use the online portal and the responsiveness is very quick. You usually get an answer within twenty four hours and if you need a contractor or someone to come onsite I would say that it usually happens within twenty four to forty-eight hours. Once my dryer stopped getting heat to dry clothes and I purchased the appliance extended coverage that 2-10 offered and I submitted a claim in the portal and someone came a day later I paid the seventy five dollars deductible for their time and they replaced the fuse or whatever that was running my fryer and it worked again. I really liked the online portal and the ability to submit tickets and get responses the same day. It's very convenient.

Every time I've had an issue with any of my appliances or anything I've been able to call them and get it worked out. They explain everything very well and they have allowed me to upgrade my appliances when i moved into my house. They give me what a new replacement cost would be for that same model type even though that same model wasn't still available but they also offered me the opportunity to upgrade and they would just give me the money for what my appliance repair cost was. They use vendors and contractors. I haven't had any issues with them but I mean you could potentially have issues since they have vendors that you may not necessarily know

I had a issue with one of the faucets in the bathroom and it took longer than I had anticipated that's because there were a lot of people having the same kind of problem but whenever they came to first they came to do a diagnostic worked out really really well then he came back a couple of weeks later and he the problem gave me all fixtures and my sink is working very well right now. Whenever I needed them they found someone right away to fix whatever the problem was and the people that did the work were really really good. I mean one of them even helped me out even beyond what i thought I had asked for so because they knew my policy better than I did so I was real pleased with that.

It came with the house when we bought it but we stuck with it after the year was up. It is easy to get an online appointment. We’ve had really good luck. We’ve never had any problems getting our claims covered. Customer service has always been good. we’ve used the warranty for a couple of different things. Once was our hot water eater went out and it flooded the garage. They had someone out here the next day and the whole thing was replaced. It was a good experience working with them. The price is pretty comparable to others and we’re pleased with the coverage it gives us. We did have one vendor we didn’t hear from for a really long time. That was are only issue.

We had a problem with our furnace at the beginning of cold weather coming in. The furnace would not come on at all. Called 2-10 and set up an appointment to have a service company come out to find the problem. They showed up and found the inductor motor fan was not working. Was froze up. Tech told me the problem and order a new inducator motor with the fan. Came back in about a week and replaced the motor. No more problems. We were pleased with the service and how quick the turn around was to fix the problem. Thanks to our warranty we only had to pay for the service charge when the tech came out the first time.

I had an air conditioning problem and and they had someone come out fairly quickly and I was pleased with the service that I got. My air conditioner was not working, it was making a horrible noise through my walls from the outside where the the compressor was and I turned it off. The person that 2-10 sent came and found out what the problem was and he took care of it that day and I had air conditioning so I was very pleased. He was very pleasant and courteous he, he cleaned up after himself and he said if I had any more problems to be sure to to let him know. So far I'm very pleased, I've only been in the house short while and and I hope I don't have anymore problems, but it's good to know that I have that security. So if I do have a problem I have someone that I can call that I trust. I'm very satisfied.

The repayment for new appliances and stuff is limited, in other words I end up paying about fifty percent of the bill for new appliances. They do do a good service once you get them out here or once you get him on the phone. It's a little hard to get them on the phone right now but I understand it's because some of them are working from home. Recently a dryer went out and I called them and the same day I got a response and it was just a part that needed to be replaced, shouldn't have had to replace the whole thing and that was done. People took care of it and they double checked to make sure that it was done and that was it.

I submitted an AC service request. The request was assigned to FL Pro Services that does not provide emergency services. Tried several times to escalate the issue and the website keeps asking you to login to contact 2/10. It does not matter how many times you try, the website keeps bringing you back to the login page. You cannot get an agent on weekend and no emergency contact service available either. 2/10 sucks with capital SUCKS.

I'd like them to have more people available, live agents available on phone lines and not always have to push people off to use automated systems. The last time I used it, in August, it was for HVAC and I was able to get the service company that I have used in the past. I said I wanted the same one again and I got them. So that was fortunate.

when I did call, they did listen to me and they tried to assist me in rectifying the problem, but they weren't always able to.Yes, I have found on more than one occasion that 2-10 is very prompt and responding to a request for services. They're very prompt at giving a referral to to a company that would be able to fix the problem. But then after that is when the problems happen. I've had, I didn't have a washing machine for six months because the people couldn't lift a stackable washer because it was against their policy. And I'm a 68 year old single woman who can't lift it myself. So I had to keep getting somebody to come out and and lift it. And then they would show up without parts and then they would come and say, well, we thought we could fix it and we couldn't. And I just wish that 2-10 would be more selective on who they chose as contractors, subcontractors.

I think the customer support, when I reach them, is good. It takes awhile to get things set up or appointments made. I understand that so much is online these days but for something like this sometimes it's just good to speak to an actual human being. It seems there's always a wait time where there's more demand and supply of customer service agents and it's frustrating that speaking to an actual human being in customer service is so lowly rated in the company. I will say one thing while you're waiting is that the recording gives you snippets of things that you can do that actually work in your house. So some of them are good home suggestions, but otherwise I would say my experience is not good because unless you're on the computer 24/7, the. You have to go online for every single thing. Doesn't work for a lot of people, including me.

There's a very long wait time when I call. I had to use my warranty for the garbage disposal and when they replaced it, the company didn't install it completely correctly and it actually affected my dishwasher. So then I had to report my dishwasher. They came and told me that the garbage disposal was not installed correctly and then I had to not use my dishwasher for another couple of weeks and then they had to come back and refix whatever it was.

I filed a claim because my HVAC unit went out. The online portal was pretty easy to maneuver, pretty easy to use, but it had its deficiencies when it came to getting a steady, consistent status report status update mainly because the authorized technician or contractor that 2-10 had used in my case just wasn't doing their part and I don't think 2-10 was pressuring them to do their job on my behalf. The claim took over two months. So last week the issue was resolved but it took a lot longer than me and my family expected.

I had a situation and it was after hours and I didn't get a call back, but the next day when I called again, they did get what I needed. I would like to say that when I had this issue and I put in the claim online, the customer service was great. The operator, or whomever she was, walked me through what I needed to do. And I kid you not, after completing that claim, in less than 10 minutes, a plumber was calling me. So I was very pleased with that.

I like the quick response to my claims. My only annoyance is the sometimes longer wait on the phone for customer service. Once I've reached someone, it has always been a successful conclusion.

Customer service has declined in the last 3 years I have been with this company. When things like your a/c goes out, it takes a very long time for someone to come out to repair it. Sometimes repair men keep coming back over and over for the exact same repair instead of actually fixing the issue, they patch it up. Other than that, this company is ok.

At the beginning of May I had to use my warranty 3 times, and 2 out of the 3 times the service providers were very friendly and very responsive. One of the providers they gave me was not very friendly and I did write a review to them telling them I don't think this provider needs to be part of the service anymore.

They are easy and pleasant to work with. One of the components in our water heater apparently died and 2-10 was able to get someone who was able to diagnose, replace the part, and get it running perfectly again.

2-10 provided quick and easy request for repair service for our dishwasher. I placed my request on Friday afternoon, someone from the repair company called me an hour later and I had the technician tending to the repair at 8:00am Monday morning! The tech was on-time, kind and courteous and quickly identified the issues and then clearly explained the plan to complete the repairs. 2-10 followed up to ensure we had a good experience. I would highly recommend a home warranty for the ease and cost savings to maintain your home!

So far everything is good and we like it. I put in the request and someone called me and scheduled right away. They were very good at communicating and scheduling and they completed job. Then 2-10 would call me and check on me and ask how was my experience and if anything I needed.

When I needed help they came right out and fixed it, so I'm very happy with it. I called because my kitchen stove wouldn't work. And they sent a young man out and he looked it over and he fixed it on the spot. It's a very good deal. I'm very, very happy with it. I've had no trouble with the their repair people.

For an older person, I wish they weren't so computer heavy and they were more in person phone call friendly. The process is very good and I've had my garbage disposal replaced, I've had my garage door repaired, I've had the air conditioning service and also repaired.

I was told that my A/C was bad and might need to be replaced by a licensed guy that was doing some other work. I was having my foundation fixed. I called in that day and they had somebody call me back and set up an appointment and actually and the guy came and due to some confusion he came back and he fixed it. It was a quick response.
