We had a dishwasher leak and they did not repair or honor the repairs. We ended up purchasing a new dishwasher. I would say the outcome was not to my liking in my dealings with them, but they were very nice and cordial.

It has been over a month since my issue presented. A workorder was placed, and the servicer could not fix it thus issuing an addendum to have someone else come and fix it. No one has been sent. I have tried to call several times and been on hold for over 2 hours. I continue to pay and my dishwasher is still unusable.

I had an issue with some plumbing so I contacted the warranty company. They sent a plumber out, the plumber told the warranty folks my problem was pre-existing when it wasn't and I got no support from the warranty company to fix that and so I paid a $100 for no reason.

2-10 was unable to get a contractor to my house when the AC failed. I was asked to wait 2 weeks for service. My house was 90 degrees inside. I was told to go to another contractor outside of the system and now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my claim to be processed. I am out $3400! What a waste of money this Warrenty is.

Extremely slow response times. One example was waiting 3 weeks for AC repair in the middle of July. Temps over 100 degrees. Ridiculous waits for customer service. I had to place so many phone calls for every repair because using the portal never seems to work, and I would wait 30-90+ minutes to speak to someone.

No one helped with a problems that took 3 months to get a repair person to finally tell me he couldn't fix my washer. Then I only got $120 for it. Then you auto renewed and no on told me that was going to happen. I think that is very immoral and should be illegal.

I don't even trust them. I'm going to cancel at the end of my contract. The subcontraactor they sent here was mean. We could not even talk to him or ask a question. Also they scheduled me so far out when it was an easy fix. I refuse to call customer support because it just takes too long to get them.
