Slow and in-efficient service. I filed a claim for my fridge, 2 months, 3 repair men, and several hours on hold later it was fixed. In the mean time I was using my vinotemp mini fridge for the essentials, that broke down because of overuse, and it was not covered. I was very disappointed in 2-10 home warranty. The first two repair men were sent by 2-10, and they couldn’t fix it. Then 2-10 asked me to find a repair man, so I found one, and he knew in 5 minutes what was wron and could have fixed it in less than an hour, but I needed approval from 2-10, so it got fixed two weeks later

I have been waiting over 3 months for a claim I filed. I paid over 2,000 to have my ac fixed and 2-10 is only authorizing 700.00 for the repairs. I had to go with an out of network company because it was two days before 2-10 even had someone dispatched. At the time I had a newborn at home with a fever in the middle of summer and could not wait 2 days to have my ac fixed. They also quoted the lowest price of a coil and I asked if the size of my unit was taken into consideration as it is not small and the service member could not tell me what size coil 2-10 was paying for.

Approved a claim, I paid the contractor, the contractor backed out and I was left with the bill. You brought in a new contractor, I paid the new contractor, then you denied the claim. You let me pay two contractors then denied my claim. How is this in anyway good service?!?!?? Not to mention the extreme delay in procuring parts that delay me having working appliances. Just terrible terrible experience.

Better get better at servicing requests our you are going to continue to lose customers. The last time I needed to use the warranty on my AC, 2-10 rejected the recommendation of the service providers they sent and requested another company come out and it took six weeks in the middle of summer. My house was hot for a really long time. It is till not blowing very cool. I had to pay a hundred dollars for each service visit.

I needed to use it with issues with my home it was the bathroom.The company they sent has been non responsive, they took a hundred dollars from me and they did nothing. I called 2-10 home buyers but we still have no bathrooms and they said they would give me back a hundred dollars and when I elevated the complaint they have not done that either. You can't get them on the phone, forty five minutes is your average wait time if you're lucky and then they tell you they don't handle that I may have to transfer you and wait another forty five. My experience with them has been a dismal.

My microwave quit, I called 2-10 who gave me the name of a repair person. I waited several days, nobody called. I finally called the repair people and they didn't deal with 2-10 so I called 2-10 back and they gave me another name of the repair person. Aain, I wait a couple days didn't hear anything and so I had to go out and get a microwave since I needed to have one in my house. When I called 2-10 to see if they would help reimburse me on that purchase, but they said absolutely not because I had gone ahead and purchased this myself, so I'm done with 2-10.

They don't send over good contractors. I've had several bad experiences, I've had some good experiences but I think most warranty companies have these problems. They get the contractors and some come to your home they're really bad.

When I originally called about my refrigerator, they connected me with a contractor that didn't have availability for 3weeks and was completely unwilling to work with me on scheduling. The second contractor came out, diagnosed only 1 of the 2 complaints we had. Came back and fixed a part and within 2 days that part was broken. Needless to say, we pay our monthly contract, and paid a $100 deposit and still have a broken fridge. I have sat on hold with them for almost 30 mins at a time to try and address the issue!

Contractors are so-so at best, but customer services is awful. There is no variety in who they contract with. Can't get someone out for 2 weeks? Tough luck. And good luck trying to get someone on the phone to try and fix it. I held for over an hour once before I gave up.

Often have difficulty finding technicians close to our area so it takes longer to get repairs. It is difficult to speak to someone on the phone with long wait times and any clarifications needed on a claim have to be emailed internally in 2-10 and decisions are made by a group that does not have contact with the customer.

It is just never a smooth process with them. If the contractor has to come back which is always the case because they will not let the contractor get parts from a supply house. They have to be ordered by 2-10 to save a nickel which forces the contractor to have to come back again and delays the repair by a week or more.

It takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get anyone on the phone no matter how many times I call. When I make a claim, there is a place for notes but they never look at them. I pay over $1000 a year for this warranty, so I would expect to have a lot better service. It is so frustrating!!

There were some things that came up that I needed to get fixed in my house and putting in the claims was pretty easy but getting 2-10 back on the phone to follow up with claims was almost impossible and I would get calls from some people and I tried to call back and their number wasn't valid and I just I could never hear back about what was going on the house and it just was not a very good process for me. I think they really need to work on their customer service and communication with the customers otherwise you're gonna have a hard time keeping customers.

I'm currently trying to just get my dishwasher replaced it's literally taking almost five months and I can't get a call back from on the supervisor who I continually have to chase down because he won't call me back even though he says he will. The customer service sucks, the reps lied and won't call me back when they promised to. They should fire everybody and start over as a company, that's how bad 2-10 warranty is.

I've been very disappointed in two ten warranty. Their response times for the people who have been assigned to me has been poor, there have been times when technicians have come out and not fixed the equipment and said that they would come back and did not come back, there have been times when a technician has been assigned and never called, there has been a situation in which extensive work had to be done and two ten did not cover it. All in all I've been very disappointed and will not renew my contract.

They don’t cover almost everything. We had a water heater fail over the weekend and the number they gave for the buyout was really bad. They don’t mention all the exclusions so we ended up spending three thousand dollars out of pocket.

I had to wait for parts for them to fix my dryer and I had no dryer in the meantime and there deductible is eighty five dollars every time you make a call and I think that is too high.
