Sent out a plumbing company that opened up my drain for 3 weeks and wouldn't cover the hydro- jetting, so here I am with a clogged drain. Furthermore, same company set my toilet back and screws are sticking up so high, cap won't stay on. The bathtub drain plug doesn't plug and the worker couldn't fix it and dropped the seal. This will lead to moisture getting back and can create mold. I'm not a Happy Camper period!

Home warranties in general are useless, and your company is no exception -- we've had several warranties over the years from a couple different companies, and in EVERY case where we've scheduled a service request, they claim it's not covered AFTER they show up. I've called in over a half-dozen service requests over the years and NOT ONCE have they fixed anything. And yet, I still get charged $75-100 for every visit. And then I have to pay to have the problem addressed anyway. In the future, I'm not going to bother...I'll just fix it myself. At least I'll save the $100 service fee.

I called in my claim on 11/10/2021. As of March 1, 2022, my dishwasher was still not fixed. Three of the plumbers who were scheduled for my job did not come to fix my problem. I wonder what the caliber of contractors work for 2-10 Warranty. I live close to Annapolis, MD and 2-10 Warranty has not a one plumber in Annapolis. How strange, since it is the capital of MD.

The coverage is not what I expected. My heater was making noise so you sent a heating company out. There was something loose on the outside of my heater that he gave a quick nudge to and the noise stopped. I had to pay him almost $200 just for that. I am not blaming him because he and his assistant were extremely nice but I do not feel protected by your insurance at all.

My first experience with a claim was terrible. I had a technician provided from 210 come to my home and who covered my drain pan hole with tape. I paid $75 for something that would have violated my warranty and insurance policy. Luckily, I called someone from my own resources a master plumber, who stated I could have flooded my whole home because of this action.

I'm gonna tell everyone to stay away from it. I would not recommend it to anyone. We purchased a new home and the mother board in the oven went out. And we had difficulty in finding someone to come over to assess it. Guy came up and he said it was not repairable. And I call the number to find out what's really done and the guy told me he is doing this three hundred and seventy five dollars. And it's not repairable item and replace it. It's a double built in oven is almost four thousand dollars to replace.

I've had a couple different experiences and some are very good and one was very bad. I had such a negative experience with one of the customer representatives that takes all the claim information. They were very rude, provided poor customer service and was very impolite. Most of my experiences have been positive.

They do anything they can to try to deny any claim. I had a claim where the whole claim itself was only thirteen hundred dollars and they did everything they could to deny and I have no kitchen sink and no bathroom for over a month because they kept playing around and denied claims and everything so why should I even bother having the warranty? I have not had good experiences with them.

I'm just really disappointed that we've been paying all year and that they're not willing to do what they're obligated to do to fix or replace an appliance that's under warranty. Our refrigerator broke, we had two repairman come out. One couldn't fix it so they sent someone out and then he said that it needed to be replaced and then 2-10 refused to replace the appliance. They have given us tons of different conflicting information and haven't been willing to call us back and not following through with their obligation is within the contract to fix the appliance.

It is almost impossible to schedule a seasonal inspection. It should be absolutely user friendly and media only available when you sign on. They were friendly and helpful, not so easy to contact or easy to use.

Customer service is very good but it takes a long time for them to answer the phone. That is my only complaint. I once had to wait more than two hours. I was very pleased when they were able to help me with the leak in my shower. It was a very good job.

3 1/2 weeks before I got an answer and then no they're not replacing they're only sending the money that would cost to repair it but yet they can't find the parts to repair it
