They were very quick at getting someone out. I think that they should take more effort in finding people networking with them so people don't have to go out and find their own contractors. That's why we pay 2-10 to help us out to do those things.

Have had some good calls with good people. Sometimes the choosing of service providers is not great, and it's hard to get information. Several times they didn't want to repair something but gave us money towards buying a new model. But overall I would say, a positive experience and worth the money.

They had given me wrong information. They told me that I could use an outside person and and then I had to pay this person 150 some dollars and they told me it wasn't covered. They need to get some better service people, because I think they get the bottom of the barrel of service people and the people that you don't feel comfortable with.

Only the only bad experience I've had is one time the guy, he came and he did everything but trying to get him on the phone to actually come out and figure out why my dishwasher not working, that was the only thing I've dealt with.

The refrigerator is not freezing and it's been frosted up and they've come out three times, put in new parts 2 times and it still is not working. This has been going on for about six weeks. Every time they come out and they say they have to get parts, it takes 2 weeks to get the parts, even though the parts are available in town at any store, they have to buy them from a 2-10 source and it causes a big delay.

I have faucets on the outside of my house that are leaking. They've lost their plumber service here in Warner Robins and they have not been able to convince them to to rejoin, and so there's no plumber So I've had to try to find somebody on my own, get approval. It's just been a mess. And now my siding's got to be removed in order for them to get to the faucets. I'm I'm just sick of the whole thing. I've talked to several people and they've tried to resolve my problem, but they only have limited control.

We've used it several times on our dishwasher and they ended up replacing basically every part on the dishwasher, and so they got it fixed and working, and now it's working great. It's a good service. We've had to use it quite a few times. The appliances in our house turned out to be kind of old and they started breaking down on us. Several times we've called. and they've been able to send a repair person out. They've also offered to cover the cost of replacement appliances in each case and in one case we took them up on that and replaced our dishwasher completely. We needed them. They are pretty responsive and clear and helpful.

We always can get a hold of somebody and never had issues. Recently the pressure regulator tank went bad and I contacted 2-10 and they cut a check weeks later because I used someone out of network. I've had it for 10 or 11 years because I've always found it to be of use and and not difficult to deal with.

Karen Hyman, if there's any problems Karen takes over and the customer service is just unbelievably terrific. I had to use my warranty on my sub-zero refrigerator freezer. They had to come out several different times and fix it. 2-10 uses very, very good vendors. I do think it's a little bit expensive, but I would still purchase it.

There was a huge delay in addressing and fixing issues. They never pick up the phone. I have a ticket that opened a week ago. Usually it is the 24 hours or 48 hours time frame to get back to me, but it didn't happen for four days and I had to reach back to the technician. Once you open a ticket, they don't respect you in a timely fashion.

Customer support has always been good. The people they've assigned to respond to my call have been slow to respond just about every time we've had to use 2-10. We had to wait a few days to hear from the company that was going to come out to look at our electrical, and then when we did we had to talk to three different people who weren't on the same page.

In general we feel like it's saved us money which is always good, and the customer support people have been pleasant and kind. But also the couple of times we've had a question or an issue, it's not usually been something that the first person we talked to was able to address. One time I had to call 3 different departments to finally get an answer and that's just a little frustrating. We had a brand new refrigerator when we came and it had lots of problems and you know, 2-10 had somebody come out multiple times and eventually the whole thing had to be replaced and they walked us through all of that, which was was good and helpful. The only downside is that you don't get to pick which service provider is coming out, they assign one to you and so we have had some varying levels of success with different providers.

Everything is online. I don't have the satisfaction of the interpersonal connection with another human being. The vendors that are chosen or that are assigned the jobs are not proactively communicative, at least to the degree I would like. In the last 30 days I had a refrigerator that broke down and the gentleman came out to assess it and said that it would require $500 of parts and labor to fix it. And then I got contacted by 2-10 saying that they would give me a a settlement offer of $400 but they weren't actually going to fix the refrigerator. So that's what happened and that left me less than satisfied.

Sometimes when I call the representative does not know what they're really talking about, and they tell you something totally different what's against the policy. I had to used my warranty on my dishwasher when I first purchased the house and that was replaced. The second time I used it was for my microwave and because it wouldn't work and then he came in and replaced whatever needed to be replaced and now it's working fine.

Once you can get through and get them on the line, they're usually very responsive. Overall had a great experience with their customer support. My garage door was not working and closing right and they got a contractor that came out who was excellent in his field. Superb in this field. Knew his stuff. Did everything he needed to do and thoroughly took care of everything. I didn't have to wait long either. I was contacted and within a day or two after the contractor actually came out and took care of everything on in the same time. He was done within an hour.

They're responsive and very helpful. About two weeks ago I had three things break all at once. I called them set up an appointment online and it was very easy. They sent me a company and the contractor came, looked up what the problem was. It was done in less than a week. All I paid was my out of pocket and that was it.

All three of our bathroom sinks were running slow, they were clogged and I called to get service on them and they came and unclogged them all. It was very quick to get an appointment with somebody that could help me with my problem.

It's not the easiest to get ahold of them. They're forcing people to use the website and I don't necessarily like that. I'd rather call and talk to someone. My washer went out, but it took me a long time to finally get a hold of someone there, but I eventually did, and I had a nice guy here locally that worked with me and got my washer working so I he was very good so I appreciated that.

They made it right when the first contractor they sent over for my HVAC issues did not even file a claim; tried to sell a new system without checking to see if the issue would be covered. Was able to speak with a local rep who then put me in contact with the company and they sent a new person.

When getting repair with heater technician here with me for 2 hours waiting to get ahold of someone at 2-10. He had to leave tried to write all that was wrong. While on the road finally 45 min later I was on the phone with rep and she gave me a number but apparently this was not the right number the team needed sent paperwork online from outsourced company . I didn’t feel that 2-10 would work with me “ we are repair not replace company. So $16000 later got no followup. When went to check no mention of claim. I had to replace due to husband in hospital and I would need heat and all the banging from heater was scary. My husband has since past .

Well we have been using it since we moved into the house and we really enjoy this services. You don't have to wait long for them to call you back and then do a really good job to your satisfaction. We had issues with the garage door and they were able to came out the same day and fix it. I think that they do a very good job. Really good service.
