I think they are doing a good job and should continue to do the good work that they are doing. One time my grandson did something on the phone and it went off and everybody was very calm and the police came and everything was okay. They responded remarkably well.

It does a very good job for our security. I'm constantly looking in on the camera and I haven't experienced any delay with the camera. Whenever I have an issue they resolve it immediately. I like that I can turn the lights on when I'm not home.

The customer service is usually friendly however their knowledge of the system is not always accurate or helpful. Normally I have to get on the phone more than once before the issue is resolved. I had the system updated in April and had to have several pieces of equipment updated after that because it wasn't all updated when they were here. My feedback would be that they need to better train their telephone staff.

They came to my door with a promotion so we decided to try it and we've been very happy with it. Their price and service is really good. They've always had a good response time with their customer service. We have had issues with the tabs coming off the doors.

Their staff is friendly. Anytime an alarm goes off they call me immediately. If I have any other issues they do what they can to resolve them. I've had their equipment for about 5 years now and I have not experienced any problems.

Customer service has been pretty good. Particularly if there have been any false alerts or alarms I get a call on the system. The equipment is good I like the doorbell and being able to lock my door remotely. The best thing for me is the online access through the app.

They charged me for a false alarm which caused the fire department to to respond, unfortunately it was not documented that I responded over phone that everything was alright. Overall it was taken care of and they dismissed the bill which I was very much satisfied.

Great system and response to alarms. I was not pleased to learn the system i took over was a lease that I was on the hook for upon selling the house. The system was old, it bugs me when I signed up that I was not made aware of this, only when I was moving and was about to shut down or transfer service I was made aware that I would have to pay or they would remove the equipment.

The fact that they have the latest technology was the #1 selling point for me. Their equipment runs low on battery sometimesso I have to change it regularly. It's been about a year and a half and I have had to change about four batteries, so so far it's not as reliable as AT&T or any other security systems where you never have to change any of that either way to providers. I do like that I can turn my monitoring on and off with my smartphone device from anywhere in the world. And that I can monitor everything myself. Sometimes it takes me a while to just to get a hold of someone within the call center. On average, I had to spend roughly 40-45 minutes just to speak to someone.

I've worked in security before and Vivint is very reliable- it's gear is really good. I've had very few problems with the system. I think I've had to call them two times with problems and both times they've been very helpful... they come right out and it's been taken care of almost immediately.

When I signed up with Vivint, they were offering the best service at the time. They respond very quickly to alarms and are very good at making sure they have the most current information for you so they can get a hold of you no matter what in case of an alarm. I like that I have access to my home security via smart phone or tablet - that I have the ability to check on the house.

The system is affordable. the sensor that they installed on my back door you know its not working properly and then but they did my smoke alarm did go bad and they did replace that so that that was good. I had heard that they updated their control panel and I wished that someone could explain it a little more to me I would like to get that upgraded but I don't want to have to pay a lot of money for it.

The system so far seems ok, but the phone app has issues (or at least mine does) with constantly going off line & back on along with the camera buffers A LOT. My sales person was great! UNTIL he had the sale and left and never came back like he said he would during installation to make sure we received everything we asked for but we didn't and took forever and I believe I'm still paying for a t-stat that was taken back by a technician. I gave up and just pay my bill till it ends.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Vivint. Their equipment works rock solid which has been a problem with other security systems. If I have any kind of question, they are there to eagerly answer them. If a battery goes out in one of my sensors they send me one and would send someone to replace it if I requested.

Outstanding customer service. The Sky-panel (control panel) is a bit flaky and slow due to low hardware specs. I have reported this numerous times to get a fix, but none exist. Response from Ring Doorbell video feed is about 5mins late/offset from the alerts. Panel is about 3 second delayed (sometimes better/worse) when a door is opened vs the actual alert.

The only interaction I had with them was at the beginning. They were prompt, respectful and helped me get what I needed. Everything else is running smoothly since. The only small issue has been changing out batteries. It's discrete and it works well. The best thing is probably the app.

My favorite thing is the smart panel and if the alarm is set off they immediately come on the smart panel and talk to you. They are always very efficient and friendly and take care of the problem immediately. We're very pleased with it. We've had it for 2 years and we just added more to it. I always recommend them to people.

We had ADT before and they weren't able to cover our whole home without having 2 systems. Vivint approached us about changing and were able to alarm the rooms that ADT couldn't. We are happy with what we have and their service. What I like the best is we have a number lock on the front door so we don't have to mess with keys.

I love it. They are very knowledgeable. They assisted me in getting everything I needed in order to protect my disabled daughter. It's great because it works and I can use the camera to speak to the person taking care of my daughter while I am away. We decided to get them because my neighbor had them and they were offering a good package deal. I would definitely recommend. We always get prompt service when we need things like new equipment. They're pretty easy to reach. I'm pretty happy with them. I like the app and it was real easy to use over my phone. I've only had one problem since I've used it is that one of the monitors got done but otherwise it's been it's been pretty good.

It's the best company. They have good service. Everything about it is pretty nice and very convenient. The feedback I have is when the salespeople promise you something they should honor the promises. They said I would have a 500 credit that was not honored. Other then that the service is good.

Friendly staff and quick responses. If I had to have any kind of criticism it would be that the cameras are not very good quality. We have not had very many issues where we've had any devices fail. We're comfortable knowing we have a system that is reliable and durable for when we're not home.

I've been a customer with them for years now and any time I call in with a discrepancy or something wrong with my alarm, I am able to talk to someone that is fluent in English and I don't have to repeat myself and that is one thing I really like. The best thing is being about to find everything on my phone as long as I have it synced with Vivint. There is a new upgrade that makes it slow and some delayed response.

I like their products and I like the people that presented it. They did a really good job. I've had two other systems before and this is a good system. They were able to secure my windows and other thing that other security companies weren't able to do. I wish it was cheaper but that is the way that it is.

I've never had any problems with the system. I feel secure in my house when I put on the alarm system and I don't have to worry. The only thing is I wish they would put a box on the upstairs too, so I wouldn't have to go downstairs to turn it off.

A monitor on my garage does not chime if breached but the rest of the quality is good. We have peace of mind because of everything is offers to protect me and my family. It was a very easy installation and transfer from the company we had before. They are responsive to phone calls. If you call the helpline because you want to reset something in your system, they're very responsive and helpful. I've been very satisfied with Vivint and I don't intend to transfer to anybody else.

They're really responsive when I need or when I have any questions. There have been times when we've been out of time and someone needed to come to the house to pick up something and we are able to be on a beach in Jamaica and unlock our door and then lock it back. It's pretty convenient.

I love the app and the easy access. Every time I've had to deal with any of their personnel, they've been friendly and knowledgeable. The technician explained every question I had with the equipment. Even if you have a minor problem, the replace it no problem.

They gave us a good deal. It does a lot more than other security systems. You can see the front and back doors with all the sensors we have. Every time I've messed something us, they walked me step by step how to fix it. I'm very happy with it.
