Whenever you call you're put on an hour to two hour wait. It's great at letting me know when doors are open. The kids kept unplugging the indoor cameras because they have a really small cord. No battery back up.

Every Time I've talked to them they've helped me immediately. I've seen better products. The video camera is very poor in quality but it's easy to use and easy to set up. It's a very simple plain security system that seems to work well.

Stay away. Their equipment frequently fails and the customer service is without a doubt the worst in the business. We’ve had nothing but issues with multiple failures resulting in either police or fire personnel showing up to a false alarm. The sent a contractor out multiple times and no change. We haven’t set the system for well over a year - the time period of the fire dept showing up at 2 am for nothing. We were finally fed up and said time to part ways, and we had moved. Offered to split the remaining cost of the contract. Seems reasonable, right? Didn’t use the equipment because of ongoing instability for over a year and we moved. Nope. They weren’t hearing it. How’s that for customer service? Do yourself a favor And go elsewhere.

The service is horrible both in the home and over the phone. They waste a lot of your time trying to troubleshoot every time I call them with same issue. My alarm system cannot be set to away when I leave because it will keep going off as if there is an emergency so my house is not protected! I am so displeased with this Protect America!

3rd and final update. I have installed my four motion sensor cameras and the clarity is AMAZING! They were very helpful through the installation process and answered all my questions. The motion detection notifications took a couple days to get used to, overwhelming at first, until I figured out when and how much I wanted to be notified. So at this point, I'm VERY HAPPY! Protect America really proved to me what a great company they are and how much they really care about their customers and their satisfaction!!! VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SYSTEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! UPDATE ON MY ORIGINAL REVIEW!!! On 9/12, I left a pretty upset (long) review. On 9/13, I got a call from Nico at Protect America. I told him my issues and he offered to resolve them and made things VERY RIGHT! I just received all my new equipment today 9/18 and I'm very happy and excited! I will be setting it all up this weekend! Thank you Nico for making things right with me!!!

Accessable and willing to help with any problem. When I couldn't reach them the first time they would call me back instantly. Some of the equipment seems to be a bit flimsy but is all functions correctly. We really like the mobile control panel. You can take it with you to any room in the house.

Anytime I've had any questions or with out instal it was very thorough. They stayed on the phone until we knew what we were doing with they system. It's user friendly. I think we get a lot for the money.

When I've called all my questions have been answered. I find that some of the adheasive on the magnets or sensors fails occasionally.
