The higher cost for the cellular monitoring is due to the increased services and features available (such as remote control of a security camera, real-time alerts from motion sensors and other home automation features) that are not available with landline monitoring only. $41.99/month for added features and cellular monitoring is still a competitive price and one of the most affordable offers out there.

Free Protect America Equipment

Linear Garage Door Controller

Through the use of your Protect America app or your security system panel, you can remotely open and close your sectional garage door. We have three different alarm panels in two different locations and we were able to get it all merge together in one that I can track or control for my app on my phone and on my computer. Once it's set up, it's dependable and their response is good when the alarm goes off.

Overall, the customer service has been fine. I haven't had any problems with the equipment. I wish it didn't cost quite as much as it does so I recently had called actually to disconnect the service because I really didn't feel like I can afford it but I'm in a contract for 3 years I didn't realize I was but I am. They were nice enough to wave the payment for November for me.

The people are very nice and courteous when you call them. The panel box is a little bit on the large side so it's not really easy to blend in with anything in the home. I wish that I didn't have to do door sensors and the window sensors. If I remove one of them to get my bill lower that would be nice.

We thought it was a good deal but it turns out it was sold to us by a bogus salesman that wasn't actually a representative of your company. I never got a phone call back when I had an issue with it. I've had several issues and nobody has come out to take care of it.

Their offer didnt get my attention. They couldnt rxplain their differention from the competition. They dont provide installation service. Competitors give the sama price with installation included

Hi there, we don’t provide any install services because all of our equipment is pre-programmed and fully customized by a security expert in-house and then shipped directly to your door. Installation from that point is simply a matter of affixing the equipment in place and requires no additional tools or expertise. As to the same monthly rate as our competition, we do offer up to $1400 of free equipment up-front and a locked-in rate. Like the fact that system is not internet dependent, however I think that your system needs better batteries. Batteries do not last as long as other similar batteries last. TwiceI have left the Country and what I expected to be new batteries fail. Notified by Protecr America but cannot do anything about it. Batteries supplied by your company should be tested or change battery supplier. Not reliable.

Alarm has gone off several times and no one has called so apparently they are not monitoring even though they are being paid monthly
