It's really good, and I like it. I've been with Protect America for a long time, and it's a good company. They respond really fast, and the customer service is really good. Plus, they're really good listeners, and are very friendly and comfortable to talk to, so I'm very happy with them. Actually, when my husband lost his job for some time, they gave me a time that I didn't have to pay anything, so they had a lot of empathy, and that's what I liked. They even sent us a $100 gift card! I was really happy with the person that helped us out, he was wonderful!

We previously had ADT, and the alarm went off when a lightning struck a nearby person. We tried getting a hold of them to help us turn off the alarm, but they wouldn't answer, and even got to the point of hanging up on us. It was a really scary experience because it lasted 24 hours, however, Protect America did instruct us on how to manually disarm the alarm. They were very helpful! I'd say they've been very trustworthy people, and overall, we've been very satisfied with their service.

Unfortunately, we've had a number of times when the alarm was accidentally triggered, and they responded very quickly. Fortunately, it wasn't anything serious, but they did respond. They were just very helpful and patient in walking me through everything. I really don't have any comparisons to make, but I believe they're very competitive. What I really liked is that I could install the system myself. That's the main reason I purchased it in the first place.

We were looking for a security system for our house, and the way our house is built wasn't really convenient for other companies, and they were charging up to $1,500 to install the system. On the other hand, with Protect America I just ordered it online and installed it myself! I've always been able to get through when I call them, and they even give me a few tips here and there. The alarm has gone off a couple of times when I wasn't home, and the police was here within 5 or 10 minutes, and I liked how quick they were.

Anytime we had a problem with the alarm, we just called and they did all the repairs that it needed. They would also call right away when it would go off, and even send an officer, so I'd say they've been very responsive. We chose Protect America because they're cost effective and the system was easy to install. They solved my problems when I called them, so they've been fine. One thing I was concerned about was my equipment. When I called to cancel my subscription, we found out that my equipment was so old that they couldn't even upgrade it anymore. They didn't believe that nobody called me to offer a free upgrade, so I would've really appreciated if they had called me for that.

I chose them because they offered good pricing and coverage. The equipment is great, but their customer service could use a little work. It's hard to speak to someone to rectify issues. It's not really reasonable for a security company to put you on hold as long as they do.

Every time there's an issue with my unit, or if there's questions that I may have, their customer support always answers them and helps me out. they've offered a good price as well, which was the main reason I chose them. So far, I've been very satisfied with their service.

One thing I don't like about them is that they don't check on their product. I had to replace the battery in it, which is a very difficult task for a 70-year-old woman like me, so I ended up having to call a technician to do it. Besides that, I think the service has been worth my money.
