I've dealt with no small handful of people there and they're all very knowledgeable, friendly, and are able to get the answers I am looking for. Everything works, I've accidentally set off the alarm a few times and they responded very quickly. There are a couple of less expensive ways, but they don't have the same quality of reviews, I'm getting what I'm paying for here.

It was more difficult to install than I was led to believe. The equipment draws a lot of electricity. It costs me about $180 a month for electricity which seems crazy. I don't get alerts when it's not working, and you have to have WIFI to get the cameras to work.

They're pretty patient and go through everything with you. When you do a security check with them you can't get the glass breaker to go off to check it, but they say that's common. When I spoke to someone they told me they would send me more stickers because I only had one but I never got more.

Great representative, I don't think it's fair that you have to have good credit to have your security system, a lot of people of been through fraud going on for things so you shouldn't penalize them for that, plus you automatically take it out of my checking account each month so you're guaranteed payment so unfortunately I was not able to become a customer

They promised me a month free but charged my credit card anyways. They also never helped me install my wireless camera which I paid extra for.

So far, everything has gone seamlessly, from talking to the sales person, to ordering, to the installation. The only drawback I have had thus far is that I told the person I initially spoke with I was going to shop around and that I would definitely get back in touch with him either way to let him know my decision. Before I had a chance to call him back (the following day mind you) he called me approximately 3 times! But other than that, everything has been great!

It's pretty much a scam.... everything they promise is a lie. Their online app never works and goes offline every other day....long hold times and horrible customer service. Sleepy lying sales reps.

Very disappointed. I signed a 3 year contract and am halfway through it and wished I never joined this company. Lots of problems and now the tiny window sensor will no longer stick to the window, constantly falls off and they want me to pay them to replace this tiny piece of plastic, plus shipping and handling. It's just a tiny replacement part or a piece of new velcro. Take heed...don't waste your time dealing with this company...we can't wait to end our contract with them. Buyer beware...avoid this company at all costs.

This company has the highest ratings on the internet, which is why I went with them for my home security. They have issues they are still working out, but their customer service has been extremely helpful. Their equipment is easy to install, but I'm still waiting for them to come up with a solution to a problem I'm having with their equipment.

Protect America's equipment is easy to install, but it looks like it isn't very well made. Their monitoring system does not actually monitor. I've had two alarms go off, but have not had anyone from the company call and notify me. They are a cheaper company, but I would not recommend them to anyone.
