You have to install everything yourself, if it hadn't been for my son I wouldn't have been able to get it done. The door unit did not work and they sent me more while I was out of town so I had to wait to set it up again.

They billed us the minute we agreed on a contract even though I still have not received all the equipment they promised me. It's been about 3 months since we've started the contract and we still haven't gotten enough equipment to even start and we're paying monthly bills. I've called many times to get them to send me what they promised and they keep responding saying they'll get me tracking numbers. The whole sales people and customer service is a bunch of liars.

Every time I've called they've always addressed any concerns very quickly. The doorbell camera works, but not phenomenally. The camera I bought is good but not great, I don't think it pans out, and it doesn't have a wide enough screen on it.

I haven't had it that long, but they've reached out several times to make sure things have been covered. They sent me a certificate so I could send it to my home insurance. The camera is good, but I don't really care for the window and door sensors. I have trouble with them coming loose. I'm also having a trouble figuring out how to mount the main panel to the wall.

I feel like I was told a lot of things to do in my initial chat, and then come to find out it was different. The sensors won't stay in place, they say the door is open when it is closed. I keep getting false alarms when nobody is in the house and the motion sensors are going off.

They have quick responses on the false alarm. It's easy to use, but it's a little bulky.

They got my questions answered and were very accommodating in getting our system set up. It's easy to set up, but it's not very attractive. It does work though.

I forgot some things they told me and when I called again they were really good and walked me through the things that I forgot. They helped me install the equipment and it seems to be working fine, and if it doesn't work they replace it. They're very patient and really good at realizing I'm just learning this stuff but they're more than happy to take a few minutes to go back over it with me.

We get twice daily reminders when we turn it off and back on that it's been armed and disarmed. It's good to know we're staying in contact with the company. It's very easy to install and use.

They seem very attentive, and they have short hold times. It's fairly nice equipment, we have the touch screen model and it works well. It's been a very good experience so far.

They were very attentive to every single question I had. The gentleman I spoke with spent plenty of time answering my questions and was very thorough. They were extremely patient and walked me through the installation. Overall, it's a good value, but the Velcro seems a little loose and some equipment seems a little bit cheaper.

They're pretty patient and go through everything with you. When you do a security check with them you can't get the glass breaker to go off to check it, but they say that's common. When I spoke to someone they told me they would send me more stickers because I only had one but I never got more.

The price is affordable, and it's easy to install. They're very responsive and answer all my questions right away. The touch panel is a little old for style but other than that it is good.
