I haven't had any problems with the equipment, it's all working as it should. They're always ready to answer all issues, and if the alarm goes off accidentally you get an email.

When my service got delivered on time, I was able to talk to a customer service rep over the phone. Je gave me knowledgeable information and it was a very easy set up. Protect America is very fast on call customer service and even though I'm not in the same state as where they ship from, I'm still getting excellent service all the way up and Michigan. I have a special item through them and whenever I make a sudden loud noise an alarm goes off, so I feel really protected I if someone were to break down any of my doors.

They were very helpful in the beginning. Everything works as it should except the app, which doesn't work at all. I've called them and tried to get it to work, reset it, and now I've just given up on the app. They're easy enough to install, but it does seem pretty high at premium to pay each month.
