It's very good equipment. It's easy to install and they walk you right through it and it's a lifetime warranty. If you move you can take it down and take it with you. They are very prompt, the first couple of days, I was making a mistake and was actually punching in my wrong code and the police was showing up at my house within three minutes. Customer service has always been very courteous and answers my calls or calls me back. I'm very happy with their service.
It's pretty decent. The best thing is the sensors, each sensor lets you know when you're coming in and out and doors opening and everything and let you know what's going on. They don't come out and put the equipment up for you, you have to do it, but they were pretty good with walking you through what order and stuff like that.

The information that I was given about where to register my alarm the city of Rockford was incorrect, the city of Rockford changes constantly so I believe that the information should be updated in a better way. The programming of cameras and sensors is tedious and monotonous . Don't recommend. It takes about one hour to program a camera and if your internet router needs upgrading you need to start all over again . Equipment is not replaced for free, especially cameras and the speed of internet must be really good to power cameras. I would not recommend this company. Make sure you read all fine print because they will totally screw you if you don't notify them in the exact number of days to cancel. go to lowes or home depot
