Some things work well, others don't. The system has sensor issues. The one works intermittently stating it is being bypassed when arming. The system is poor at cellular communication because of weak signal in my area. I told them about signal issues and assured me it would be fine because it's a 3G communication. In addition the app works sporadically often saying the system is offline likely because of that weak signal.

I closed my account over two months ago and they recently reactivated it without my consent. Now they want me to pay $51.99 for service on a home I no longer own. And they will not close my account until I pay my final bill. That is called extortion! Do not use Protect America!

When I ordered the system the person I spoke to said it was simple to instal and I did not think it was simple. I had someone helping me and it took at least an hour and a half. I like that you can control it from a smartphone.

I've had an issue with my system since 2 weeks after I got it but I can't get a hold of anyone at the company and they are not responding to my emails or phone calls.

They were very knowledgeable and very patient about walking me through each step. It is a do-it-yourself kit, but they were very knowledgeable and very patient about walking me through each step. It's standard security equipment, it's nothing advanced here, nothing unique.

Everytime I had a problem, I called and it was not like a robocall, it was a really person. Usually, they are very helpful and I was able to establish it in a short time. I called Protect America and it was resolved right away. It was very easy to install. I cannot tell if it failed or not failed because so far it works perfectly.

They were very helpful when I called them. So far the system has been fine and I haven't had any trouble with it, I've had it less than a year. It's been very economical and it's easy to install. You just tell them what you want to put on the program and they do all the rest. They do all the work and action.

Got a cool system with a doorbell camera and smart lock to go with my cameras and sensors. I’m very excited and a lot more comfortable now, after having some break-ins in our neighborhood. The setup was quick and easy, and I’m recommending my whole family use Protect America.

First the equipment does not allow for owner access and control with a visual of online status. It just says open or closed. Not good and is probably the reason intruders kept coming in my home. No intention of being the neighborhood store or not able to enjoy my home securely. They did not specify 15 calendar or work days to cancel in their contract. They did not respond to my emails to cancel until I submitted a chat they their website notifying them I had returned their equipment. They did not send a cancel link until I quoted their contract. The cancel link is a bill payment link, no mention of cancellation, is a buyout payment request for $1359.00. A RIP off and unethical customer service procedures for nonretainable customers. They need 30 days to cancel. Why is that? It sounds like a financial investment firm instead of a security service. I have not encountered an alarm company that has less than a 30 day return policy.

Great service at a fair price. We’d talked to a lot of other companies who wanted to put holes in the wall and run a bunch of wires everywhere, AND charge us more. These guys were awesome to work with and had some great promos to save us cash.

Very bad company if you want to cancel and return system first , You need to call them 4 , 5 time s and no body takes care of the problem . So I will call my C.C. and get my refund

I have been a customer since 2003. Each year your service became less desirable. I rarely call for service but when I do it's always a self-served attitude!! I am paying for service and have been a loyal customer but Protect America has not been loyal to me as a customer! Take care of your customers! I will find another company that will appreciate my loyalty.
