My alarm has gone off several times and the monitoring company has not called to see why or if I am alright. One time the alarm went off there was a shooting outside and I was on hold with 911. I need to hear from the monitoring company if my alarm goes off I am fleeing Human Trafficking and have experienced breakins in the past.

anytime you call its an hour wait on the phone . no exaggeration so much for security . I teach home invasion courses , car jacking and other forms of personal security . My equipment hasn't worked for two months and someone is always going to get back to me, punching in phone number waiting for return call never happens. very bad customer service

Horrible customer service! Being calling for 2 months in reference to low battery and front door sensor and out of town and these errors coming up! Called this week Monday, Tuesday and today After waiting an hour to get someone on the phone. I finally got a call back! I was told that Thursday is the best time to call! What am I missing really! I canceled the service after 6 years. Wow!! I’m shocked that no one cares. Good luck going with Ring cheaper and can control it myself.

HORRIBLE!! Don't do it. They will help you immediately if you are buying a plan, but cancellation is a monster. You are placed on hold for hours, to be told you will be transferred, to hold again. At one point, they finally answered and the phone hung up. It's a scam. I have been trying to cancel after satisfying my contract for 4 days, still to no avail. SCAM!!

They are very responsive to everything. I don't like the way it attaches to the doorframe or the door. It attaches with velcro.

Anytime my alarm goes off they always call me to make sure everything is good before they send out somebody. Customer service is great. Everytime I speak to anyone they are always friendly and helpful. They explain everything to me so I can understand. It's really easy to use.

customer service is very slow to respond. The text feature to inform you when the alarm is armed or disarmed is not accurate at all, 30 minutes off.

old school technology and way too expensive, I moved to another DIY offering and all aspects including installation user interface and equipment was hands down better

Can't rate a 5 since we have only had the service for a month so time will tell. Was having false motion alarms and customer service by the website tech chat was excellent. I didn't research about the quality or reliability of the alarm components, time will tell here too. I feel they offered the best deal for what we needed in home security. It is an easy to set up system and you can have it all completely done before ever calling them to step you through the activation process. The Quolsys2 control panel is very easy to use.

Poor service Hard to get thru if you're trying to call them.waiting for an hour To call you back to trouble shoot if you have problem with the equipment.some of their technical support are not knowledgeable enough to fix the issue

For the money, Protect America provides a very good product. Their support staff is always helpful, although there is often a lengthy wait when calling in. Their app is not very user friendly. If the alarm is activated they are immediately available and very professional.

My disappointment with Protect America is that they started with the monthly billing amount of $19.99 per month and then the bill was increased to $49.99 per month and when I called to tell them that the billing was wrong they said that it always was $19.99 per month and their billing statement is not due 30 days after the closing date. Another disappointment is that the alarm is no longer sounding when the front door opens and the sensor is no longer tripping the alarm. Since I have an adversary who enters my residence using a key that was obtained illegally, the directions were stolen and the password was compromised enabling the trespasser to turn off the alarm. I am not happy with Protect America. My comments are alleged.

50% the motion detector was faulty letting people gain access to my apartment and the panel was hacked and my pass codes were changed the first day. when calling for assistance I have yet to be put on hold for a period of 10 minutes while they route and reroute you to the proper staff to accommodate you.

Had the worse customer service evening shift. I told the guy that I just needed a quote and what I needed for my house.And the guy who answered told me about himself and his military experience and tried to sell me other things.He was very rude, unprofessional.He turned out to be the manager.
