The protection is great I feel very safe in my home and I can always reach someone. The app however is not very functional. It''s always giving an error. I also notice I can''t panic from the app in the event I needed to. The app is very delayed and just not user friendly. Also Guardian charges a lot for basic things when they have to come out. If the system is not working that''s not the customers fault and as a part of the monitoring fee basic checks and repairs should be covered. The techs are amazing and knowledgeable. The 4 hour time frame is a bit inconvenient and they don''t have Saturday slots and it''s usually not a quick job so you have to make time. Overall it works, no system is perfect and I sleep well at night

They do what they say they will do and when we once opened the door without disarming the system they immediately contacted us to ensure we were okay and that our home hadn't been broken into by someone. This contact happened even though I had disarmed the system within a few seconds of the alarm going off.

We did have some problems off the bat with the two sensors they installed. They were going haywire and would go off. The first night we had it went off at 12:30 or so. So I called them and they sent someone out to fix it. I can contact them directly, and the guy that helped us with the buy-out in the beginning also went and gave me his number so I could text him whenever I needed his help. We've had it for less than a month but we like it so far.
