The service itself was decent. Response time for alarms was very fast, and handled professionally. Their contracts and pricing are the worst. Lock you in to a auto-renewing contract for a long term. Customer service for changes was terrible--no responses, then saying contract renewed so you can't change it. Equipment charges for equipment that was in the building when we bought it, but wasn't used in our system.

Sales guy was awesome. It is too bad the rest of the company is not the same. EPS is unable to connect to my system (and have NEVER been able to connect) and unless I am willing to pay for additional services, I am stuck paying for monitoring that EPS is unable to perform. Billing is a nightmare. It is just not worth the headache.
