The American Alarm professional monitoring center carries the highest certification, for centers of its kind, including a certification by Underwriters Laboratories and a Five Diamond Certified by the Central Station Alarm Association. Additionally, the command center responds to 24-hour customer service requests to dispatch technicians for equipment and system issues.
When American Alarm customers are having problems with their equipment and security systems, American Alarm doesn't want them to have to wait for help. With a team of more than 60 licensed and trained technicians on the road in the New England area, American Alarm promises its customers that a technicians will be on site to provide assistance in 24-hours or less from the time the customer calls. Each American Alarm van is GPS monitored, allowing the nearest technician to be called out and arrive in a prompt manner. Additionally, if a technician is not able to arrive in 24-hours or less no trip fee or charge is required for the first half hour of labor.
