Night Owl

I can’t believe there are no reviews for Night Owl. I had a Swann system for about 8 years. It was nice with a few flaws. After the NVR died I bought a Night Owl system to replace it. At first I really like the simplicity of it over the Swann. After installing the Night Owl I found the NVR wouldn’t complete a firmware update. It just going through a loop over and over. I contacted tech support and they helped me fix this. After a few days of running I noticed the NVR was rebooting on its own every few hours. Once again I called tech support and they had me do a factory reset. Deleted the app and redownload. This seemed to fix it. About 2 months later I found that every time I opened the app the NVR would just freeze. I called tech support again. This time they had me format the hard drive. That seemed to fix that. After this I have noticed the Cameras are just recording all the time. At one time I could go back view things that happened a coupled of months back. But now the hard drive is full after 1 week. I tried to turn the sensitivity down but it turns itself back up as soon as you leave the setting screen. I am so tired of this system already and I have only had it 6 months. I will never buy another night owl product. I am already looking for another Camera system.
