Last year a wind storm damaged my elderly mothers home. Since I transact all of my mothers business I immediately called our Farm Bureau agent and explained that I was out of town for the next week and the roof was leaking. The agent reassured me that he would handle it. He had an adjuster out the following day and he pretty much handled every thing from hiring a roofing contractor to returning after the completion. He even made sure limbs and debris were removed from property. Awesome agent. I can highly recommend Farm Bureau.

Personal. That is how I would describe being a Farm Bureau Insurance customer. I know my agent. She takes good care of us. She even calls us to check in every so often to make sure our coverage is what we need. And is always reviewing the policy trying to save us money. I have been with them for 10 years now.

Farm Bureau is awesome! All of my insurance is through Farm Bureau, and I don't know if I will ever go through anywhere else. Their customer service has been awesome. They are not necessarily the cheapest option, but boy are they worth it.
