It is unfortunate that our store closed here in Round Rock but BB&B is one place that I love to shop at because the value and quality of items sold are great. I love to shop for bedding and kitchen equipment because the quality of their stuff is great and you can sign up for email discounts and sales so you always know when you can go and get great deals.

I bought a sofa in January at bed bath and beyond online, on sale, it came defective. I returned the item and they gave me a replacement order. The 2nd order got cancelled after a few weeks for no reason. Without a notice. After I called again, they gave another replacement order only to be cancelled again after 1 month waiting. Now they say it's because it's out of stock , although my previous 4 calls even the supervisor says they have plenty of stock on this item. My guess is I bought it on super sale, they don't want to fulfill my order so they just drag me on until I cancel this order so they can sell it at a higher price now. I will never buy from them again. What a waste of 3 months! Could have gotten another sofa , not to mention they kept my money for months. No wonder your physical stores went out of business.

I've been shopping BBandB for many years. I have a lot of housewares in my home that have come from this awesome store. The closest one is about 50 miles, and I find myself shopping at least 5x a year, and sometimes online. They have a great selection of items, and the prices are very reasonable.

If I could put negative stars rating, I would. I ordered a 5 piece bed set for $2950. I paid for the service to get the order unboxed so I could make sure everything was there and not damaged. When I called to get a status update on the order, I was told it hadn’t even left the warehouse and would get an email to let me know when it would be delivered. That same day I arrived home to boxes left in my driveway. So much for paying for the service. The king size bed came with no rails. We have been sleeping on the floor in our room for a week and half now. They still have not put it in the request to just send us some rails. The taller dresser has a big hole in the back and all the drawers are broken. It was clearly dropped. They still haven’t approved for us to get a new one. The dresser with the mirror has a broken drawer, they still haven’t sent us the parts to fix it. Customer service is horrible. All they tell me is to wait on an update and I have yet to receive any updates. Absolutely do not order anything from here they do not care. They will take your money with no care to how your furniture comes in as long as they are paid. After 3000$ spent I have broken dressers and am sleeping on the floor. To get any money they said you can keep it and we will give you 300$ back. What?! To get a full refund we must fully repackage all of the broken furniture and once it has reached their warehouse then we can get the money back after 5 business day. We paid for the service to get it unboxed so we also wouldn’t be lifting all of this furniture. We had to take it out and now repackage it and pay to repackage it. Shop somewhere else.

I cant express how helpful your option to reserve items for pick up was this past Christmas eve. As I was baking and prepping food for Christmas eve dinner, I remembered I forgot to replace my coat rack as the one I had for years broke and anyone with a lack of closets in their house understands the importance of this item. I knew there would only be a half hour window between preparing deserts and cooking the dinner to get to the store to purchase a new one and anyone who hosts a party knows you are already overwhelmed so the thought of going to a store, finding what you need then waiting on line seemed impossible. Then I remembered I could reserve this item and pick it up from the Bed Bath & Beyond store by my home in Farmingdale New York. I ordered the item and compliments to this store I received an email less than an half hour later that it was ready for pick up so I finished my last cookie mix put them in refrigerator and headed to the store. I have been to this store many times before and as usual everyone was helpful, check out was quick, and once again I left with a smile. Thanks for making my day just a little easier. I ordered from Bed, Bath, and Beyond online for my first and last time. I ordered five sets of 84 inch curtains and received two sets of 84 inch curtains and three sets of 96 inch curtains. The receipt had five sets of 96 inch curtains which was inaccurate. After my fourth attempt of explaining it in writing, I was able to get someone in customer service to understand written English and give me an unsatisfactory response. I did send a picture of the 84 inch and 96 inch curtains hanging so they could understand by a visual. The response was that they no longer have the 84 inch curtains and I could return the curtains at my expense, receive an in store credit, and could spend the in store credit for the next 50 years. I clearly understand why Bed, Bath, and Beyond has filed for bankruptcy because they were unable to turn their business model around and it starts with service recovery which they failed with me. Not interested in a 50 year credit for a business in bankruptcy at my expense. Their answer to the problem that they created was was like their name, “Beyond” acceptable.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a good store to go to if you need bedding or window dressings. They have quite the selection of bedding, and I usually go in if I need to replace a comforter or sheets. They also have really good selections of window dressings. I like that they have things on display so you don't have open packages to see what you're buying.

I always head to Bed Bath and Beyond when I need a specialty item for my bathroom. I was looking for a high quality mirror for my husband to use in the shower when shaving. We have had them in the past and they either fog up or fall off the wall. I found the perfect mirror that doesn't fog and it has been staying on the shower wall. I also got to use my coupon and saved money!

Bed Bath and Beyond has a good selection of household items. The stores are nicely organized and you can always find help when needed. They tend to be more expensive than Target or Walmart but with a 20% coupon it's more comparable. They constantly send out coupons or you can find them online. If you buy 5 items you can use 5 20% off coupons, one per item. Also their coupons never expire. The only draw back is that you cannot use the coupons online, only in the store. Many people use their wedding registry. So if you shop there, they have a wrapping area with free wrapping paper and ribbon. You can shop and wrap the gifts right there. This is such a convenience. You save money on wrapping paper and you walk out the door ready to give a gift. When you go to a wedding it is funny so see how many people shopped at Bed, Bath and Beyond because we all have the same wrapping paper. I don't give them 5 stars because they don't take coupons online. When I have to shop online and mail a gift I have to pay full price which I don't like.

Whenever I would enter my local Bed Bath & Beyond I had to marvel at the amazing assortment of things to look at! I love browsing and trying different ways to dress my bed and my table! So much fun! If I could afford it I would have 4 different looks for my bedroom and 3 different looks for my dining table. I shop at Bed Bath and Beyond frequently. They have friendly service and are helpful. Once, when a knife I wanted for a gift wasn't in the store, they helped me order it online and made sure my 20% coupon worked. Many people use this store for wedding registries and I appreciate the complimentary wrapping when I purchase a gift there. I like that their coupons don't really expire. I'm currently looking at drapery panels and knew from the online site which store near me had them in stock, which I like. They have a large variety of products with reasonable prices so I usually always at least look at what is available there.

Bed Bath & Beyond has been a go to store for me for years! My husband and I both enjoy cooking so we’ve both shopped there for birthday and Christmas gifts. It is also the first place I go for wedding gifts. Their products are high quality and they have some products I’ve never seen other places before. I also like that I can use a coupon for my purchases. I was recently looking for rubber spatulas there and was a little disappointed by the selection, but I was looking for something very particular. I was also looking online and not in the store because that’s all I could do at the moment. Besides that, I have always found what I’m looking for there.

I have not been a fan of Bed Bath and Beyond, unfortunately. I only go here when I cannot find what I need elsewhere (which is rare nowadays with Amazon taking over the world), and I am always floored by the prices. They should definitely reconsider their sourcing and pricing, because in my experience, the products do not hold up to their value. They do have just about everything you could ever need, though.

If you pile the coupons on with the clearance deals- you get great sales! And I will take that! If you go to buy in-store without the coupons, it can be pricey! Online shopping delivery is quick and I have found overall better deals online, versus in store to be honest! However....I can say that if you hit BBB after the holidays the deals are phenomenal! You can find the cutest decor for nearly free!

Super sad that they just closed the one near me and the one that my step-daughter worked at. I will continue to shop online.
