Multiple calls for service. Someone set appt to look at issue. Waited all day, no one came. Service department said someone came out 3 days earlier than expected when no one was home. No report....no call to cancel scheduled appt. Calls 3 times since and was told I would be contacted. Never happened.

We had a poor experinece with installation and are still waiting for there to be corrections made. The installers were in a huge rush to get the job done, even working into the dark. I should have put a stop to it and not paid until all was correct.

Giving Leaf Filter this rating mainly because: 1) When I called to ask if they covered our area, the customer service was a little abrupt when stating "they did not" and seemed anxious to hang up the phone since I was not a "possible customer." I hung up feeling offended. 2) Their Customer Service rep I dealt with seemed "rushed" to answer any questions asked.

Got leaf filter installed on my home. Good product, a bit pricey! But for peace of mind, they are a good product! Had a little issue witn installation, but they were prompt in addressing! I would recommend leaf filter to anyone, just be prepared for sticker shock…like on vehicles!

The salesman was direct and pleasant. He demonstrated his gutter and the competition’s. He gave a good talk on the quality of Leaf Guard I was sold. The installer did a fabulous job that was quick and well installed. I think leafGuard is the best product and has the best salesman and installers.

It hasn't rained enough yet to test the leaf filter system. It looks better on my gutters than pictures and advertising. Ask me these questions after we've had a series of rain storms. I'm up in years and don't want to climb latter's in the rain to clear fir, sitka, hemlock and leaves out.

When I had a problem with leaf and needle collection in the roof angles of my house, a technician came out and cleaned these areas and then made adjustments to help prevent this from happening again. He was personable assured me that I could call again if I had this happen again.

I called the number provided in my packet, and left a message, but was not contacted. The product itself is working fine and I am glad I purchased it as my house is right under some huge pine trees!

We had a leakage problem after the installation. We called and they set up a time to check it out. They found the problem and they said they would be back at at certain time to fix it. When the time arrived they were there and fixed the problem. Very professional company

Have only experienced one downpour since our gutters were installed. They did what they were supposed to do, except for one area. Notified Leaf Guard, and within one week had an installer here to fix the issue. Overall, a great product.

The product is working well. The install was neat and efficient, but during the first rain a downspout they moved became disconnected. It took 7 calls and nearly 3 weeks to even get a callback!! Thank goodness our conscientious salesman finally got through and was told we would be called the next day. Five days later we were contacted! Then repair, which took about 15 minutes, was scheduled, cancelled and rescheduled. Another 2 weeks. Good product, but customer service gets a zero!

The system seems to work pretty well. I am sum what concerned about the extra pieces of tile shingles I have found in the yard and the few gutter spreaders I have found. Since we never were shown pictures of what the final product looks like. All in all we are satisfied with the product

Before LeafFilter was installed I would have to clean them out. Now it offers great protection from water damage due to my gutters sagging. They straightened my gutters out realigned them. It offers great protection and looking at my house from the street you’d never know they were there. Great product and an even better installation team.

Price is a bit outrageous but product seems great. Didn't like the sales strategy as it is pushy, but I liked the sales guy, and the installation guy. I just had this installed so cannot comment on the long term but I expect it will be a long durable product. I would like to have had the camera with the installation guy, so I could have walked around with him, like the sales guy did.

No system is 100% at everything. Water from roof goes to 4 corners. Have largest gutters. Still have water running over the filter onto areas. Yes it is small amount. One downspout the installers completely missed connection so I needed to redo. Overall I do Not fear gutter clogs and gunk. That is the goal. No more ladders, rubber gloves and disgusting work in my retirement

After the first year, I called because I had overflow in 3 or 4 places. Someone came in a short time and clean the spots because they had a special block. He did the job quickly and told me to call anytime and someone would be here to help. I appreciate that!
