Raynor doesn’t offer the best warranty program in the garage door industry. When you purchase your garage doors from Raynor you will be only guaranteed a three-year warranty. If your garage door malfunctions after a few years, you might be paying for expensive repairs in the future.

Raynor Company has been offering its products and services since 1944. Over the last 70 years they have been able able to create a brand that is trusted by their customers. Currently they are serving customer in United States, Canada, and Internationally. Customers enjoy their large selections of garage door styles, and a door designing tool that allows you to visualize new garage doors on your home. However, Raynor doesn’t offer the best warranty program in the industry.

I had my two garage doors replaced by Dutchess Overhead Door inc. They sold me Raynor garage doors. After about 4 years, the finish began to fade and flake off of two of the 4 panels on each side. I called Dutchess Overhead Door inc. to report the problem and they sent a rep out to take a look. They told me that Raynor would not replace the panels and that they were no longer selling their product because of the fact that Raynor was not to good about honoring their warranty. Replacing the doors would be very expensive so for the time being my home doesn't look that nice due to this issue. It was clearly a manufacturing problem in the finish. For this reason I would warn people to stay away from Raynor garage doors. I don't think it's to much to ask to expect 20 or more years from an expensive purchase such as this.
