Gary W. Shelbyville, TN

Bought the door thru Lowes. Double Garage Door. The door arrived with a box full of parts just throw in. Had to lay out a table and presort all the parts, nuts, bolts etc. Started assembling the door. Got to top panel and no holders for the rollers. Called Pella Cust. Serv. and got transferred 3 times. Gentleman came on and told him the problem that parts were missing and he stated he would get them shipped out and I should have them in 2 days. On Monday of the next week, called Pella again. Got a lady who said she saw the order in her system, but no tracking number so had no info on shipment. Said the would call me the next day. No call received. Called back and got the same person again and this time she said she had the tracking number and gave it to me,. Would not transfer me to the person who actually made the order to ship. She just kept saying call Fed. Ex.. Have tracked the pkg. 4 times now and it shows Fed Ex has had the pkg for 8 days now. Always says in transit. They will not give me info as I am not the shipper. Called Pella 3 times today and every time got a recording that no one is available to take your call and to leave a msg. and they will call me back. Did so on first call. By the late afternoon and 2 more attempts, no one has called. Tried to send them an email and it won't go thru to their email address. Only Pella can get the info on the pkg, but I can't reach them. Absolutely horrible customer service. After parts are here and door install is finished, hope I never have to deal with them again. Will never recommend with customer support like they have,

Pella garage doors are extremely well built and last for decades. They are beautifully crafted and add great value to a home.
