Currently, Advea matches tech companies with full-time and part-time UX/UI designers, software engineers, and quality assurance engineers. Adeva aims to help its clients lower opportunity costs and keep projects on track by hiring qualified candidates who can begin working within a two-week timeframe.
Only 1% of Applicants Pass the Screening Process
To ensure its clients get the best engineers in the business, Adeva requires all its applicants to go through a rigorous screening process. The process begins with a communication and aptitude screening. Adeva understands how important communication is to distributed teams and the company works hard to guarantee that each developer has the best communication skills and aptitude for working from a remote environment.
After the communication screening, Adeva has applicants take its technical assessment — developed by Adeva to simulate real-life experience to assess its developers' engineering skills.
Finally, if applicants pass the first two assessments, each applicant will go through an in-depth technical interview with an Adeva tech lead. During this interview, the lead and the applicant will discuss the usage of good software design practices, performance, and extendibility.
