This company also uses Credit Card Address Verification to ensure there are no unauthorized charges to your account or credit card.

KaBloom is the only flower delivery company in America that ships arrangements already in water to guarantee even fresher flowers when they arrive. They use a patented device called the Moses Miracle which is a balloon sealed off with water to keep the flowers watered while they ship.

Cancellation

KaBloom doesn't allow orders to be cancelled within 48 hours of the date you requested delivery. Orders also cannot be cancelled 7 days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mother's day because they receive a high volume of orders around this time. It is difficult to order flowers from any website and know exactly what the product will end up being that you receive.

Freshness

Some complaints from customers that received flowers that weren't fresh or died within just the fist week.  The company claims to guarantee freshness but still sometimes they have sent flowers that we nearly dying even as they arrived.

KaBloom has a good process to keep their flowers more fresh, but like many flower delivery companies, it can be difficult to know exactly what flowers will look like until you get them. Generally the walk in customers for KaBloom have been more impressed with their service than those who order flowers virtually. KaBloom operates many locations around the county, so it may give you a better experience to locate one near you to complete your flower needs.

I ordered flowers for Mother's day. What was ordered (a sophisticated mix of roses and purple flowers) looked nothing like what was received (pink carnations and white mums, baby's breath and leatherleaf, "#1`Mom plastic stick in a lime green Mother's Day urn") unfortunately a day later than requested). Email customer service were very responsive and apologetic and were very good about keeping me informed of delays, but sent me multiple conflicting emails about delivery delays. As an apology, they offered me a free flower delivery to the recipient of my choice on 5/7. As of 5/21, the flowers had still not arrived. When I complained via email (and sent pictures of what was received), they asked for the opportunity to "make it right". The second bouquet again was horrible and not even remotely similar in coloration. I'm tired of trying to get what I ordered and may dispute this with my credit card company. Very disappointing.

Received flowers from a Friend for our anniversary. Flowers were dead and falling of stems when arrived. Called and they sent another round and these were wilted and all the leaves fell off when I took out of box. Terrible delivery of flowers. So sad as a nice gift turned into a sour taste.

I ordered a beautiful lily and orchid bouquet and the recipient received 9 tulips. I contacted customer servicee and told them I wanted a refund and no reorder, yet they sent a reorder of something any way. HORRIBLE product and customer service. Will never use again

Received flowers last thursday. buds and blooms started falling . At least a dozen every day. this is day five and not much left. Very dissapointing. flowers were beautiful, but didn't last.
