    The picture that they showed was very different than what my girlfriend received. I went for the highest quality and paid so much more extra but still got something different than what shown and different than described. I went for large teddy bear and the teddy bear they sent was small. I went for a large box of chocolate, they sent a small box and something that was more like a candy than actual chocolate. I would not use this service ever again. Also the card that I wrote was not handled well and it got wet with the flowers

    “WORST SERVICE EVER! Placed an order on Tuesday for Delivery Thursday for 15 overpriced Tulips in a plain glass vase for about $52.00 deliver times from 9AM-6PM. Also ordered a Fruit Basket total about $120. Flowers never delivered, talked to Brittney at customer service around 8pm who said that the girl I spoke to on Tuesday (Amanda) canceled the order and never put it through again. Mind you she said canceled and They still took the money out of my account. Brittney apologized that they messed up the order, then proceeded to place the order through and told me that the flowers would arrive to the recipient by Sat. Friday I receive a phone call from customer service to call them back, when I do call them back they tell me that they can’t deliver the flowers on SAT. because I didn’t pay the extra shipping fee for Sat. deliveries. (ON AN ORDER THEY MESSED UP) Demanded to talk to a supervisor and got Andrew. I was irate at this point and he placed me on hold 2 times for several minutes a piece after I told him he better find a way to get flowers out ASAP after I was told the day before they would be. When he finally got back he said he would find a florist in the area and see if they can do a Friday delivery if possible, if not then they would get to the person by Sat. If there are any issues getting flowers out I will give you a call. Saturday rolls around about 4pm. No Flowers. Called customer service again and asked for a supervisor the girl told me she was a supervisor (her name Tisha) she said the flowers won’t get to the person til Tuesday, and I lost it. I demanded to speak to her superior, and she put me on hold. When she came back she said she could offer me a refund on my order, I was livid, I demanded to speak to her supervisor again and she then transferred me after saying that she would since the call was getting “escalated” beyond her ability to help. Talked to her supervisor (I think his name was Dion?), found out that Andrew never actually did anything after he hung up the phone with me on Friday. After reaming him out for now several days of phone calls and frustration, stress, and disappointment; Demanded my refund, could care less what they now did with the week old flowers that were probably wilting by now, and I asked if I would be receiving an email confirmation for the refund. He told me absolutely…. Its now 11:11PM Monday, I have not received any such emails. ( I’m aware that any refunds to my card will take several days to process) I work Clothing retail customer service, I deal with people face to face rather then over the phone. If I did half of the things this company has done to me in a matter of days, I would not have a job. This is truly the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ADVISE YOU: I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN, AND I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

    Do NOT use this company—“FromYouFlowers.com” I ordered a “standing white spray” on a Saturday evening for a funeral the following Monday. I paid the “expedited delivery” fee to get the flowerd delivered in 4 hours. They failed to deliver, so I called the next day to insist that the flowers be delivered for the viewing that afternoon. They apologized for not getting the flowers delivered in the 4 hours as promised, but assured me many times that the flowers would be at the funeral home in time for the viewing that afternoon. Again, they failed to deliver, so I called back and insisted that they get the flowers delivered in time for the funeral service the next day at 10:00 AM. They assured me in the most emphatic manner that the flowers would be there in time. You guessed it—they failed again to get the flowers delivered. They had a different excuse every time, but in the end my two step-children, whom I had raised from a young age, must have wondered why I let them bury their father without so much as an expression of sympathy. FromYouFlowers is, quite obviously, a company that will make any promise they think will calm you down, but equally obviously WILL let you down, and in the most important of circumstances. I regret that there is no way to give them a negative rating, a 0 rating is SO MUCH HIGHER than they deserve after all the lies and broken promises. RUN…run as fast as you can to their competition, nobody should have to endure the disappointment and eventual humiliation I endured at the hands of these shysters!!

    Reviews on the site are cherry-picked. They won’t publish your review if it is less than four or five stars. Flowers we got were pretty and fresh, but were absolutely NOT as described/pictured on the site. Second time this has happened. I wrote a 3 star review this time, including pictures and explaining why it was a mixed review. They said they’d publish it in a few days and never did. If you search the reviews on the site by “lowest rating,” you’re hard pressed to find one less than 4 stars.

    I had the most horrible experience with your service. It was my first time using this service and I will never use this service again. I ordered two flowers one arrived the other didn’t. I called several times from 2 concerning the delivery of the last flower I didn’t receive confirmations emails of the delivery until after six. When I called to let someone know that I never received the flowers they couldn’t contact the florist. I ordered same day delivery! The customer service was horrible I had one representative hang up on me. I will never again use this service again.

    Decided to order my mother flowers, it was my little brothers birthday who passed away a few years ago. I ordered this beautiful arrangement that had big beautiful open purple roses, smaller pink roses, and smaller purple flowers. Do you think that showed up? The arrangement delivered were 6 small purple roses with a few lillies, and tons of green leaves. Looked absolutely nothing like the flowers I paid for. The delivery driver was in a normal car and plain dressed. My mother had no clue who was at her door. When she finally got her flowers she was happy, but I was left disgusted with the picture she sent me. Embarrassing is the only word that comes to mind. A $12.99 bouquet from the grocery store would have been more pretty. I called the company to complain and was offered a $20 gift card towards another purchase, umm no I don’t want anymore of your bootleg flowers. After 10 minutes of arguing they then offered 50% off my order. Not good enough for this one. I asked for my whole amount of money back! Guess what they said! They have to go back and pick the flowers up! Ain’t that about a slap in the face. I settled for the 50% off to not embarrass my mother only to have $15 returned to my account. How $15 is half of $60 I would never know. In a nutshell these people take your money and deliver crappy flowers. Spend a little more money and go to the more known companies. Do not buy from them!! If you do, Don’t say I didn’t warn ya!

    I ordered flowers for my uncle’s out of town funeral two days before the visitation. I received a delivery confirmation email the day of the visitation and was very surprised to arrive and not find my flowers. I immediately called From You Flowers and they asked if I had called the funeral home. I was standing in the funeral home. They put my on hold while they tried to get a hold of the florist but the florist was not available. I was issued a refund as it was too late to send them. Then a lady from the funeral home, who is also a local florist , called all of her florist friends to see who had the order. No one did. Then a florist called and said she had just received my order with the cancellation immediately behind it. From you flowers lied and was just trying to cover themselves! My order was never wired! I should have looked into the company first as bad reviews are everywhere. I’m not sure how they’re still in business.

    The damage has already been done. I ordered a nice bouquet for my grandma’s funeral. I had rush shipped hoping it would come the same day. Unfortunately that couldn’t be fulfilled and nicely told it was going to be delivered first thing tomorrow and got my rush shipping refunded along with a $15 credit.

    Here is where it got bad. I had originally wanted it delivered Wednesday, but I did not get the flowers until Saturday afternoon. I had to constantly call them every day wondering where my flowers are at.

    When the flowers finally came they were the most embarrassing set of flowers I have ever seen. They were nothing like the pictures and I was judged by my whole family. I called for a refund and only to get a 30% refund. No refund in the world could turn back the humiliation I received from the flowers I purchased. I went ahead and disputed 100% refund with my bank.

    I will never order from this company again and urge everyone else to never buy from this company again unless you want to be disappointed and embarrassed…

    I was sold on the same day delivery option. However, instead of a call to tell me that it was unable to do same day, they sent an email a short while later that they have rescheduled it for another day. I then called to cancel and they placed me on a very long hold to get me a cancellation number (they offered this, not something I requested). When they returned, they offered me a free upgrade. I refused and was placed on another long hold. This time they returned with another offer. The aggressive selling nature was ridiculous. I said that they are wasting my time, I must make other arrangements. The lady then snapped back and said she is going to put me on hold to cancel. After several moments, she returned to say they were canceled but no cancellation number was available. I will not be surprised if I have to dispute this charge with my bank. I say avoid this company.

    Just like so many other reviewers, I had a terrible – almost laughable – experience with FromYouFlowers. On 2/7/17, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my wife’s workplace on Valentine’s Day, and of course paid an additional charge for holiday delivery. I started getting nervous late in the day when my wife hadn’t yet texted me a thank you for the flowers. I soon found out she never received them. I e-mailed the company asking for a full refund, and received an e-mail reply that the delivery had been made according to their records. We waited until the following day to make sure (maybe the ordered was received by the front office and not delivered to her?), but that was not the case. I e-mailed again, and was instructed to call their customer service line. I spent 20 minutes on hold and eventually hung up. At the end of the day (2/15/17) my wife finally received her flowers, and of course everyone in her office assumed I forgot Valentine’s Day and was trying to make up for it. Also, some of the roses were dead, and the arrangement was not nearly as nice as was portrayed in the online photo. I called again the next morning and finally reached a less-than-friendly customer service rep after another 11 minutes on hold. You would think that a flower delivery company would understand the importance of delivering flowers on the specified date, but that does not seem to be the case. She offered me an insulting 20% refund and a $10 gift card for my next purchase, which I balked at. There will not be a next purchase. After disputing the charge with my credit card company, I was finally issued a full refund.

    Ordered Valentine’s day roses a week before Valentine’s day to be delivered to my girlfriend. Valentine’s day came and she didn’t receive them. Received email after hours saying it was delivered. Girlfriend went in to work following morning and still no roses. Called customer service and no one ever picked up after 30 minutes. Emailed them, received response they will reply back within 6 hours, but they never did. Emailed again and same result. Valentine’s day ruined. SCAMMERS!!!!

    I have ordered flowers three times from this company in the past six weeks. All three times the orders were delivered late, in two cases the flowers were delivered an entire day late (the day after your birthday and the day after your anniversary just doesn’t have the same effect).

    Giving them one final chance, I ordered a dozen long stem red roses for Valentines day. They were ordered three days in advance yet they weren’t delivered until 6pm of Valentines Day after my girlfriend left for the day. A co-worker called her to let her know the flowers arrived and that there were only 10 roses in the vase, not 12. I’m done. I recommend that you call a local florist directly for better service and pricing.

    SCAM, STAY AWAY. This company is a terrible excuse for an organization. 0/5 if I could. I have not successfully connected with costumer service on the phone, which is available “24/7”, for almost a week now. This company finds all of the lowest end florists around the country that are trying to make the ends meet, and gives them a few bucks for an order in their locale. They not only rip YOU off, but they rip off low end shops to the point that these florists can only justify taking their scraps to make your lovely floral medley with. Even if it’s just scraps, you’ll be lucky if they’re at all fresh! First of all, this is just awful and pathetic. Second, getting flowers for someone is typically for a special circumstance, like a birthday, OR A LOSS. Doing business like this and not standing behind it, which is what I’d expect you to do because you know you’re product is awful, is despicable and disgusting.

    When I receive my money back, I will at least have a tiny amount of respect for your organization. I honestly don’t hold that in high hopes, however, in which case I will be having my credit card company rescind your fraudulent charges.

    Ordered flowers for valentine’s … still waiting the day after. Phone lines are down and only receive an automated email from customer service. This company is a joke and I’m just hoping that I can receive a refund.

    The other thing is that I would like to report them to Google, as they are listed as a TRUSTED STORE (that’s really funny), but because I checked out as a guest, I can’t submit my issues to Google.

    This company is one big scam artist and probably lost a lot of business from this terrible performance on the one day of the year that they had to perform.
