    Just like so many other reviewers, I had a terrible – almost laughable – experience with FromYouFlowers. On 2/7/17, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my wife’s workplace on Valentine’s Day, and of course paid an additional charge for holiday delivery. I started getting nervous late in the day when my wife hadn’t yet texted me a thank you for the flowers. I soon found out she never received them. I e-mailed the company asking for a full refund, and received an e-mail reply that the delivery had been made according to their records. We waited until the following day to make sure (maybe the ordered was received by the front office and not delivered to her?), but that was not the case. I e-mailed again, and was instructed to call their customer service line. I spent 20 minutes on hold and eventually hung up. At the end of the day (2/15/17) my wife finally received her flowers, and of course everyone in her office assumed I forgot Valentine’s Day and was trying to make up for it. Also, some of the roses were dead, and the arrangement was not nearly as nice as was portrayed in the online photo. I called again the next morning and finally reached a less-than-friendly customer service rep after another 11 minutes on hold. You would think that a flower delivery company would understand the importance of delivering flowers on the specified date, but that does not seem to be the case. She offered me an insulting 20% refund and a $10 gift card for my next purchase, which I balked at. There will not be a next purchase. After disputing the charge with my credit card company, I was finally issued a full refund.

    Ordered Valentine’s day roses a week before Valentine’s day to be delivered to my girlfriend. Valentine’s day came and she didn’t receive them. Received email after hours saying it was delivered. Girlfriend went in to work following morning and still no roses. Called customer service and no one ever picked up after 30 minutes. Emailed them, received response they will reply back within 6 hours, but they never did. Emailed again and same result. Valentine’s day ruined. SCAMMERS!!!!

    I have ordered flowers three times from this company in the past six weeks. All three times the orders were delivered late, in two cases the flowers were delivered an entire day late (the day after your birthday and the day after your anniversary just doesn’t have the same effect).

    Giving them one final chance, I ordered a dozen long stem red roses for Valentines day. They were ordered three days in advance yet they weren’t delivered until 6pm of Valentines Day after my girlfriend left for the day. A co-worker called her to let her know the flowers arrived and that there were only 10 roses in the vase, not 12. I’m done. I recommend that you call a local florist directly for better service and pricing.

    SCAM, STAY AWAY. This company is a terrible excuse for an organization. 0/5 if I could. I have not successfully connected with costumer service on the phone, which is available “24/7”, for almost a week now. This company finds all of the lowest end florists around the country that are trying to make the ends meet, and gives them a few bucks for an order in their locale. They not only rip YOU off, but they rip off low end shops to the point that these florists can only justify taking their scraps to make your lovely floral medley with. Even if it’s just scraps, you’ll be lucky if they’re at all fresh! First of all, this is just awful and pathetic. Second, getting flowers for someone is typically for a special circumstance, like a birthday, OR A LOSS. Doing business like this and not standing behind it, which is what I’d expect you to do because you know you’re product is awful, is despicable and disgusting.

    When I receive my money back, I will at least have a tiny amount of respect for your organization. I honestly don’t hold that in high hopes, however, in which case I will be having my credit card company rescind your fraudulent charges.

    Ordered flowers for valentine’s … still waiting the day after. Phone lines are down and only receive an automated email from customer service. This company is a joke and I’m just hoping that I can receive a refund.

    The other thing is that I would like to report them to Google, as they are listed as a TRUSTED STORE (that’s really funny), but because I checked out as a guest, I can’t submit my issues to Google.

    This company is one big scam artist and probably lost a lot of business from this terrible performance on the one day of the year that they had to perform.

    Valentine’s Day roses I ordered for my girlfriend through their website, never arrived. At $90 I thought it was a Med-to-High price but decided to go ahead with the order anyway.
    2 days later on V’s Day flowers never arrived. I was embarrassed. Tried to call and could not get through. Sent an email and they responded with not an apology for non delivery but for their phones not working. They had 1 job to do and they failed at it. They withdrew the funds immediately from my account.
    I’ve called regarding a refund but have not gotten through to anyone…nor have I received a confirmation regarding my cancelation and refund of my order. F***FromYouFlowers

    I am a man that sends flowers and over my lifetime I have sent hundreds of bouquets. I ordered two dozen roses for my new girlfriend. A girl I had been in love with for 18 years and finally had a relationship with. 1st Valentine’s day together I wanted to do it right. What she recieved is the worst flower arrangement Ive EVER seen. Tiny crushed roses so dead the edges were black. It looked like something a five year old made with dead flowers then stomped on….unbelievable. The grocery store had much much better for a 3rd the price….

    I ordered my wife a nice floral arrangement along with a box of chocolates. The cost was over $100.00. They said that I would receive my order on the same day, between 9:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. I ordered on line, very early that morning. I received an email response saying that they received my order, & it would be ready for delivery on the same day, before 6:00 p.m. I called several times to check on the status of my order & waited on the phone for up to 30 minutes each time. My order never came, then I received an email at 6:32 p.m. stating that my order was delivered to the recipient (My Wife), but it NEVER came. This company is a fraud, & I will report this company to the proper authorities. Do Not use the Floral Company for any occasion.

    The basket was cheap wire, the items weren’t arranged in a decorative fashion, But the worst part was they delivered a basket wrapped in Pink netting with Pink ribbons Pink balloons to the job of a 39 year old Man. Can you imagine his embarrassment and my embarrassment for him when he received it. And the card had his name on it. They offered me a $15 next order credit but I would prefer it as a bank card refund credit. I doubt very seriously I’ll be using them again.

    I have never written a review before, but I have also never experienced something like this. I ordered flowers for a funeral. I placed the order at 1:50pm this afternoon for a service tomorrow (delivery at 3pm). I chose this company because in their web-site advertisement they FALSELY state, “We Guarantee the Florist Arranged Flowers will be Delivered Today!” additionally, the website declares, “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! Order with Confidence”. I paid for my order, which also had me pay an additional $17.98 to guarantee the shipping the following day by 3pm. At 9:15pm (over 7 hours after I placed my order, and when all florists are now closed), I receive a call from a representative at “fromyouflowers” stating that the florist called earlier in the afternoon and let them know they would not be able to deliver my funeral arrangement. They waited until 9:15pm to tell me this information and cared nothing about “guarantees” they publicize on their website. When I told them I wanted a refund, they stated they would have to check to see if this “could be possible”. They put me on hold and then the representative came back, as if she was proud, and stated, “my supervisor has allowed us to give you a refund in 2 business days.” I am allegedly getting back the money that I paid for, to an item they could not deliver, and for a funeral to boot. This representative acted as if I should be grateful. I will never do business with this misrepresented company again, and I strongly warn anyone else from using them for any reason. There are far better florists out there who understand what it means to be professional and stand by their representations. They need to change their website statements, it is fraudulent advertising.

    Paid for same day, order confirmed then said out for delivery. They did nothing when delivery was supposedly rescheduled. Kept me on hold an hour so far to try and scam me out of a refund. You will not get your order on time, they can guarantee that much and good luck with any refunds except a $3 insult for not doing their job. Stick to real companies.

    I placed an order on 12/23 and paid extra to have it delivered 12/24. The order went through with no problem with that delivery date. The next day, I received an email stating it could not be delivered until 12/26. I was refunded $2.99, even though Saturday delivery was a charge of $3.99. I was ok with that, since I understand how busy holidays are. 

    Now…this morning, I receive a call saying it cannot be delivered until 12/27, THREE days past when promised. I cancelled the order. Guaranteed satisfaction? Haha…NOT!

    I am very disappointed. This is the second time this has happened with this company. They tell me it will take 3 days for the refund. I guess you guys tend to run 3 days late with everything. 

    I have reached gold status with your company, but at this point, that means nothing to me. I will not be ordering ever again. Just hope I get the full refund.

    6:30 p.m. For a delivery! Then I had to actually ask them if they got them & they had to look for them.
    Too cheap to even throw in a free case. I was tired of all these surprise costs so I just kept it plain roses. Nobody keeps those vases anyway. The picture she sent of them, not impressed. Probably dying from sitting in a Minnesota winter waiting to be found.

    I should have read reviews before I placed an order. Mea Culpa. I have to agree with other reviews that delivery is a problem. I ordered almost a week before delivery and thought I was done with it. They were never delivered. This was a very important flower delivery for me, beyond disappointed. When I asked for a refund, they were “disappointed” I was canceling my order. If the delivery date is important – call a local florist directly. Lesson learned.

    Ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary at 0730 am, payed for same day service and expedited service. Called them at 3pm because delivery had not been made and they assured me that delivery would be made. At 5pm I called them again and they said that they were unable to make delivery. To late to make any other arrangements. But yet on their site it still showed delivery pending. I would not ever use their service again. .

    I ordered expedited flowers at 6 am 11/15/16. I received an email from the company before noon, notifying me that my order would not be arrive to my mother at the time that I was told ( the extra expedited shipping fee that i paid).

    Around 3:30 pm I called to check on the status of the order as I wanted to surprise my mom with birthday flowers before the day was over or before she was unavailable to receive them. The woman that I spoke to was super rude and continued to try and argue with me after I told her I wanted a full refund, because they are unable to get the flowers to my mom until the next day 11/17/16. She gave me what I believe was a fake name ( Tiffany) and made me wait over 20 minutes to speak with a “Supervisor”. whom I believe was another call person pretending to be her boss.

    The whole experience was horrible and I would never again spend my money here or recommend this place to anyone.

    Lets see if I actually receive my refund.
