The Good

  • Quality
  • Unique Products

When compared to other companies, the flowers delivered by Flowerbud.com have more quality than the competition. Customer generally feel their flowers are fresher, brighter, taller, and better quality than other florists online.

Unique Products

Flowerbud.com offers unique products shoppers can only find through their site. This company uses a more classic organic approach to flower delivery. These flowers are sent straight from the farm with a fresh grown appearance and flower quality.

The Bad

  • Bud State
  • Pricing

Bud State

Sometimes flowers that arrive from Flowerbud.com end up arriving in bud state. This may be concerning for shoppers that would like to display their flowers for a dinner party the evening they arrive.

The arrangements offered on Flowerbud.com are priced quite a bit more than other flower delivery companies. They even include year in bloom products that cost well over $300 each month delivered. Gift Card messages on arrangements have to stay shorter than normal to allow enough room to print the full message. This can be frustrating to people with a bit longer message to add on their order or arrangement.

The Bottom Line

Flowerbud.com is holding their reputation up well with customers globally.  They give loyal customers shopping incentives and discounts for continued business, and extensive shopping. Customers that spend more with Flowerbud.com end up saving more too. Even though this company is based in Oregon all orders are still fulfilled by visiting the Flowerbud.com website.

Brian Samuels Lewes, DE

Over the years I have tried various flower delivery services to send flowers to my Mom, especially for Mother's Day. I have always been disappointed. This year, I used Flowerbud and, for the first time, my Mom was delighted. She could not stop talking about how many flowers she got and how beautiful they were. My Mother loves to arrange flowers so she didn't mind using her own vases and arranging them herself. She said her only problem was that she had trouble finding large enough vases to put them in (seriously!) and had to use more than one. I was a little surprised by the high price of the flowers (mine were $89) but then even more surprised when $89 was the final bottom line price. Nothing was added for shipping, "ordering fee," "handling," etc. With other companies I've thought I bought a $49 bouquet only to find that the bottom line was something like $72. If you have someone who appreciates beautiful flowers but doesn't mind (or might enjoy) putting them in a vase and arranging a little themselves, I would recommend Flowerbud.
