It is not a controversial or a novel statement that physical activity improves the mental state of any individual. If you count yourself among the individuals that are skeptical about the topic, here are seven sports that improve mood and overall mental well-being.

1. Jogging

Regular jogging can do wonders for your immunity, your physical endurance and, indeed, your mental health.
