It appears the Qualtrics CX plans are geared toward the company's business users and the pricing reflects that. The Research Essentials plan is $1,500 per year, and the CoreXM 3 is $5,000 per year.

We tried a few other platforms prior to switching to Qualtrics and found them to be very glitchy and not user-friendly.
