VeriClock is a time and attendance software that records time worked by employees. VeriClock’s time-tracking software is an excellent solution for small and mid-sized businesses who hire and manage remote employees.
VeriClock’s software helps to encourage and ensure employee honesty and transparency. The software is cloud-based, meaning users can sign in on any device (tablets, desktops, smartphones, and more). VeriClock also offers the following features:
VeriClock offers a free 30-day trial. The free trial includes access to features such as GPS tagged timesheets, geofencing, signature approvals from third parties, paid time off accrual, and more. VeriClock doesn’t require users to enter a credit card number when signing up, so users don’t have to worry about being automatically charged for a subscription when their trial ends.
On VeriClock’s website, users will find a cost savings calculator. This feature is handy to potential customers as it allows them to figure out their potential savings. The calculator considers how many employees, their average wage, the percentage of payroll error rate, and time errors per week.
VeriClock’s cost savings calculator is simple to use. On the righthand side of the website, there is a tremendously helpful breakdown that explains — in detail — how much money is wasted and how VeriClock’s time tracking system can help.
VeriClock prides itself on seamlessly integrating with a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll softwares. VeriClock’s software integrates with Quickbooks, Sage Simply Accounting, Peachtree, and more.
VeriClock is primarily time-tracking software. The company doesn’t offer employee monitoring features such as activity tracking, application tracking, screenshots, working hours, and other “big brother” features.
At first glance, VeriClock might appear to be one of the cheaper options when compared to similar companies. However, due to an additional monthly fee, VeriClock is one of the more expensive time-tracking software providers.
To use VeriClock’s time tracking software, users will pay $5 per user per month, comparable to the competition. However, upon further research, we found that VeriClock also charges a $10 per month account fee.
