We couldn’t find any information on an actual clickmap though.

The Apple version of the application is less prone to freezing than the Android version, but our reviewers were able to access all features with both platforms with little difficulty.
iContact suggests customizing your email campaigns with images, either from their template gallery or your own. Hosting of images can occur either on your servers or iContact’s servers. There is a limit of 5MB for online storage of images on iContact’s servers, to upgrade to more 10 MB storage, there is an added 10% of your subscription rate at a minimum of $9.95 monthly.
Before sending any email via either the mobile app or using a standard desktop or laptop, users can preview its appearance for users using various devices, browsers, etc.
iContact helps you fine tune your email marketing strategy by offering side-by-side tests and giving you the data points for each right in your customer dashboard.
All reports can be accessed online or with the iContact mobile app. Download capabilities are available as well. Downloads are easily managed by visiting your user dashboard via your laptop or desktop machine. For small and medium businesses, these downloads should not occupy too many of your resources and can be run in the background while performing other tasks. For those with subscriptions lists above 15,000, downloads are best preformed after hours or when the computer is not needed for other tasks.
iContact has templates which allow you to conduct surveys to define your demographics or receive feedback from your customer base. Additionally, with easy social media integration built into the email templates, you can maximize the reach of your survey by allowing your customers to interact with you via their social media accounts.

Other Reporting Features
iContact states on their website that they can virtually guarantee that your emails will not go to the SPAM folder. While not stating exactly how this is done, they do give several tips to help you craft your email subject heading and body of the email to decrease the odds of your email going to the SPAM folder such as avoiding words or phrases commonly associated with SPAM such as “free or .” iContact’s sophisticated software analyzes the body and header of your email to help you to avoid your message being banished to the SPAM filter.
