Their tools are easy to use and put users in charge of creating effective and powerful digital marketing campaigns. There are a lot of limitations when it comes to formatting, but the biggest limitation is that clients who have Gmail (which is most of them), the email sent from Constant Contact populate their promotions or social folder. Most of our clients did not know about our upcoming events bor even general announcements because it did not land in the primary folder. We have more than 1500 subscribers and last month the opening rate was 3%. We do not know what to do? Look for better options or wait Constant Contact to up their game.
Service is good, quality is good. I do find they are a step behind technology. Their templates are not as fresh as other services. But they are consistent.
We used CC at most of all of marketing jobs in the past and if we didn't use, I always made the suggestion to. They are the best email marketing company and their agency program is great as well. Plus they offer great classes.
