How we rank for
Each company has its own pricing options, fees, and membership tiers. We evaluate this factor based on how much “bang for your buck” you get – meaning more benefits and more membership features at a lower price equal a higher score. We looked at the pricing structure for each company and analyzed how much customer’s were charged on a recurring basis. The companies that offered more value for less fared the best in our price ranking.

This criteria is indicating availability of advertisement features such as Google Trusted Stores, Discount Codes, Amazon or Ebay integration, Google or Bing Adword credits, and CRM capability.
10% Storage Space and Product Limit
Each eCommerce platform has varying pricing packages, and subsequently, varying storage space available. Typically, the lower priced packages have less storage space than the more expensive packages allow for more storage space. The range of storage space available allows those interested in utilizing an eCommerce platform to gauge what package they will need to host their products.
Pricing packages also determine how many products can be displayed and sold through the platform. Some platforms allow for an unlimited number of products while others have a cap.
