Membership

Sunrise Wholesale Merchandise membership fee is only $29.95 per month or $99 year. You can cancel at anytime right from the website-there are no contracts and you don't need to call them. Your membership includes their dropship service plus a free upgrade to Gold pricing, access to their eBay Wizard, access to their inventory feeds and $20 in free merchandise. No additional dropship fees are charged for any order.

Wholesale Prices

Inventory and pricing are visible before signing up for a membership, unlike the competition. No minimum order (except in bulk category)

Delivery

Sunrise Wholesale Merchandise gives the beginning or advanced reseller the most features at the most affordable price. Their customer service agents are friendly and helpful and inventory tools are easy to use and to learn. Sunrise Wholesale Merchandise offers inventory management and automation features which rival many of the higher-priced competitors, and in some cases exceed the features offered in the industry. Product feeds are easily managed and inventory alerts are given for low stock, discontinued and re-stocking. The biggest drawback of Sunrise Wholesale Merchandise is their limited catalog. Resellers need to spend adequate time researching the products and building a niche. This may be done before beginning a trial because, unlike their competitors, Sunrise Wholesale merchandise is fully transparent on pricing for anyone.

Overpriced items, that you will not sell unless you go in manually to edit it on amazon. They also ad amazon deactivate my account because they said I might be selling fake or inauthentic items, I contacted sunrise, but they could not help me or provide authentication of these products, if you want to list on amazon, i will suggest not using them unless you want your listings to be flagged as selling in authentic products. worst wholesaler I ever used, now I might be out of business

They charge you money for an item and do not ship it to the customer. They also charge money for membership and do not refund it even if they do not meet their obligations. THEY DO NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE TO CUSTOMER. They sell items that are not safe for users to use and some infringe trademarks so I lost my ability to resell with major retailers because of SunriseWholesale.

There prices are not remotely competitive. The shipping cost alone makes most of the products cost more than retail. Maybe some folks using Ebay are tricking their customers into buying overpriced items, but if you are an honest, conscientious person you will not like this drop-shipper. They take 2 to 3 days to reply to your questions and there is no one to speak to on weekends. Over all bad experience.

I've had an absolute horrible ordeal with this company. Particularly one of the representatives whose name is Coby. He did nothing but berate me when the card I used allegedly did not process. Turns out they had mis-keyed my number. He did nothing but berate and belittle me through emails, telling me it was my fault that I didn't have money. You've messed with the wrong person. I will be reporting you to the BBB and contacting local authorities to pursue legal action.

A very bad service, with a lot of problem of synchronisation with shopify and ebay. Customer service is rearly very bad : i asked a request, i didn't have answer after two weeks...it's rearly not serious business

coby is a scam he is three different people answering the phone he speaks to you rudely tells u your wrong credit card didint go thru his system hangs up on you speaks over you i would not recommend at all
