Founded by Joe J. Khoury II in 2002, National Dropshippers’ mission is to provide its members with a variety of products at the lowest cost possible, with fast and reliable service. The company takes pride in its constant efforts to offer the best range of products in the industry while also providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
All products that are offered on the National Dropshippers site are listed at wholesale pricing, with no markup and with suggestions on retail pricing. All orders have a $2.49 dropship fee, regardless of the number of items ordered or if the items are being shipped from multiple warehouses. Shipping prices are $8.49 for the first pound, and 65 cents per pound thereafter per total order weight. Also, you can choose from multiple membership fees:
National Dropshippers provide you with tracking information so that you can keep your customers updated on when their order will be arriving. Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Some orders may ship via either FedEx Ground or the US Postal Service.
National Dropshippers has a variety of products. The products are categorized into several categories, including apparel, cell phones, cookware, kitchen accessories, knives/multi-tools, luggage, motorcycle, outdoors, perfumes, pet supplies, security, and T-shirts.
National Dropshippers does not offer refunds for any of its memberships for the unused time of the paid subscription.
Although this is common throughout the industry, consumers need to be aware that National Dropshippers will automatically take out payments for a subscription without prior notice. So if a user signs up for the free seven-day trial and doesn’t cancel before the trial is up, they will be charged automatically.
Currently, National Dropshippers only ships orders to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Additionally, all orders must be shipped to an actual street address — meaning orders with a PO Box, APO, or an FPO ship-to address will not be processed.
If someone wants to have a product shipped outside the United States, they must first have the product sent to an address within the United States, and then the products can be exported from there.
Consumers should also be aware that they are 100 percent responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges, as well as any drop shipping fees for all products purchased from National Dropshippers.
According to the company’s Terms and Conditions page, “There are no refunds on shipping charges if a shipment is refused or returned for any reason. Members should charge shipping figures based on product weight. Shipping to the lower 48 states is calculated at the rate of $8.49 for the first pound, and then 65 cents per pound after that, on the total order weight.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are double the regular rate. Partial pounds on an order weight total are rounded up to the next nearest full pound.”
National Dropshippers does not have any frequently asked questions or any educational resources for consumers to learn more about the company and its services.
