The search engine behemoth Google was started in 1996 by a pair of Stanford students. It officially received financing to be a company in 1998. Today it has a plethora of products and services and generates more than $66 billion in revenue. One of its services is Google DNS, which was started in 2009.

Customers would be hard pressed to find a more comprehensive customer service. Customers have four levels of service to choose from, each having varying features. Customers can contact for billing issues, technical issues, or a number of other matters. Support is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
Customer service does cost. In fact, depending on the level of support one wishes to purchase, customers could pay $150 per month or even $400 per month or more. Response times for some issues can be frustratingly long, sometimes up to four hours or more.
Additionally, it is reported that there are government actions against Google. As enormous a company it is and as popular pervasive as it is, the giant is not without challenges and things customers should be leery of before doing business.
