REQ offers an amazing suite of services to help with all your digital marketing needs. It offers to help build paid search, as well as organic traffic with the following marketing programs and services:
When you work with this agency, it will collect and use "big data" to gain actionable insights for your business. Big data helps the team develop a superior marketing strategy on your behalf.
Another benefit of using lots of data is that it helps reflect measurable results, so customers can see before and after results, as well as track conversion optimization and how well Internet Marketing Inc’s marketing plan is performing. Multi-attribution data is collected, versus the last click analysis like other online marketers, which loses about 95% of the touch points in the process.
The REQ website has plenty of information about the company, as well as its products and services, in fact, it's almost information overload; however, we found that it required quite a bit of clicking around to find the information you need. Yes, everything is categorized perfectly, but once you click on a subject, you have to click again to get more information and then click again to "read more," which is extremely frustrating to the user.
A preferable design would include all subject-specific information on one page categorized under easy to read subheads. This is ultimately much better for the users, as they have to click back and forth to see all the relevant information and can easily see all of the agency’s services on one page, without clicking back.
However, in its defense, the website’s setup is ideal for search engine rankings and for keeping bounce rates low, because users will have to look at multiple pages to get the information needed. Both of which are major positive signals when it comes to how Google determines page rank. Unfortunately, the design is not so great for being user-friendly.
Another thing we thought was a bit strange, especially for a company that offers almost every service imaginable, is the fact that the agency doesn't offer video marketing. If it does, we couldn't find it anywhere.
We would also like to see 24/7 client access to reports and analytics for their campaigns. This would allow clients the ability to login and view traffic and online presence statistics from their own online dashboard and access all account information in real-time.
With that being said, this can be overwhelming and extremely confusing for some people, unless they know a bit about internet marketing how to access and read all available analytics, which is extremely time-consuming in itself. For others, this would present a more convenient way to access their data, rather than having to wait for a report to be delivered.
