The Good

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Software and Tools
  • Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Content Marketing
  • Creative Design

Ayima is not a full-service internet marketing company; however, it does offer several services which might be enough for many companies. Let's look at what it has to offer, then you can decide if it's sufficient for your needs.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Ayima consultants use their expertise to help businesses improve visibility.

Small changes can make a big difference in traffic and ROI. Ayima will search out and fix any technical issues that could be causing your site to underperform. Reliable data, proprietary ranking, market share, and backlink data enable the team to make informed decisions and to effectively prioritize its actions to bring in the highest performing results.

Software and Tools

With its focus on sustainable SEO strategies that will have long-term benefits, Ayima uses on-site technical upgrades that help increase your traffic and your revenue. The live data this brings will be tracked and its experts know that it will improve organic visibility by applying the right approach at the appropriate times.

The agency uses an online reporting interface to help clients see what the team has accomplished.

In addition to the online reporting dashboard for the agency's clients to use, Ayima also offers several different software tools and resources for digital marketers. All of Ayima's custom analysis tools are designed and built by its in-house development team, which gives the company the ability to meet the specific needs of each individual client.

Several reporting tools and resources:

  • Ayima Intelligence: an optimization tool that uses Artifical Intelligence
  • Query: customizable business dashboard
  • Updatable: website updater
  • Redirect Path: A free Chrome extension
  • Ayima Pulse: Market insight keyword tool
  • SEO Reporting Tool (SRT): A customizable SEO reporting dashboard
  • Appotate: A collaboration and commenting tool for clients of designers, developers, and editors to comment on a live website

Pay Per Click (PPC)

Ayima makes designing your paid search campaigns personal. Its team of experts only uses advanced campaign strategies. Once a client's needs and goals are understood, the team studies customer habits to aggregate and model large data sets.  Ayima crafts profitable campaigns by solving its clients problems, prioritizing the company, then implementing campaign strategies that will dominate and give the company maximum exposure and deliver holistic performance.

Ayima's bidding strategies are tailored to each client by defining the most targeted keywords using its proprietary software and launching quality ads that will help lower your cost per click, while increasing your ROI.

Content Marketing

Ayima crafts content that creates awareness and builds relationships.

That's what quality content does.

Ayima's in-house tools analyze content, competitors and communities to help identify appropriate topics that grab your audience's attention and engage the company in every way possible. This will help build your brand awareness, improve social engagement, and increase your website traffic.

Content distribution is also a big part of content creation. Ayima's PR team works closely with journalists and industry influencers to learn what they are looking for

Creative Design

Great design is not all that's required to have an effective, engaging website. Every format and every function on your site needs to be visually appealing, user-friendly, and employ simple, easy to follow navigation. Therefore, simplicity, clarity, and usability are all huge determining factors for a site’s success.

Ayima selects the appropriate technology that is best suited to your needs and goals to ensure you are getting a seamless, integrated experience that will benefit you in the best possible manner.

UX plays an important role in this process. The agency will continually monitor and test what's working and what's not, using collected data to optimize your site wherever necessary.

Consistency is key and Ayima will make sure all your functions work flawlessly and transition well from mobile to tablet, email, social, and beyond.

The Bad

  • Transparency
  • Website

Ayima does not disclose its prices publicly; however, that's not always a bad thing. Sometimes having to pay for prepackaged services leads businesses to pay for some of the included features you never use ultimately costing you more money than it should.

Unfortunately, Ayima's website leaves a lot to be desired. We found it to be clunky and not very user-friendly. Furthermore, the information found there was extremely vague and really doesn't give you enough details to indicate exactly how it goes about providing its services. Users have to click around and around just trying to find out what it is all about. Then you have to decipher each page trying to understand what it all means, because the information provided is so vague that it really does say much at all. For example, what different types of content do it provide?

Does it provide video marketing?

Video marketing is a huge factor when it comes to search engine ranking and should never be omitted from any content marketing campaign.

Does it have copywriters who craft its articles? If so, what does it does with those articles when they are finished?

Are they sent to obscure websites, posted on the company's blog, or sent to article directories?

Who knows?

Does it send out press releases announcing your company's latest offerings?

We really feel that Ayima needs to revamp its website to make it more user-friendly and way more transparent, which would make it easier for its potential clients to make an educated decision about whether or not it is a good fit.

The Bottom Line

Unfortunately, we can't confidently recommend Ayima at this time.

Our recommendation will have to remain neutral due to the extremely limited information available on its website and its non-disclosure about exactly how it goes about delivering its services.

With that being said, we don't want to be unfair in any way. Ayima's online reputation is flawless, which is a good indication that it could deliver measurable results.

If you are considering Ayima as your digital marketing agency, you should spend some time consulting with the company and performing some of your own due diligence, before making any final decisions.
