The Bad

  • Time in Business

Time in Business

Lucidchart has only been providing its software to the customer since 2009. They might not have as much experience in customer support as other diagram software providers.

The Bottom Line

Lucidchart has been providing its services to the customers since 2009. Customers enjoy their affordable services and stress free downloading process. A monthly contract is required, but when you want to delete their software you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Also, Lucidcharts offer a wide variety of advanced features such as admin-friendly controls, security, and simple integration. However, they haven’t been in business as long as their competitors, and they might not have as much experience as the diagram software providers who have been in business longer.
