Almost 4 yrs ago I started my quest for a company I could work with in helping to resolve our credit debt when securing a job just wasn't working at the time. I had originally started to work with another company, and the rep I had started to work with was great in helping me, step by step to see the differences in the two. It was easy to see I needed to cancel the other company and started to work with Superior. They have kept me informed, when a rep left and retired, I had a call made directly to me explaining why, who was the replacement and they were also as knowledgeable and willing to help as the next. Sometimes in life there are circumstances occur that are BIGGER then us, and if that happens to you, give them a call you will not be disappointed and guaranteed you will start to sleep at night!

after selling my business, which was not a profitable sale in 2007, my family was in huge credit card debt. the credit card companies were not willing to negotiate or set up a payment . I could see many years of payments and interest charges. I found Superior Debt in Fort Collins Colorado on the internet, I was skeptical at first and did not understand how this would work. this was all explained very well as they provided references and written information about their business. I was going through a rough time and I knew I created this problem, but the credit card companies continued the harassment and high interest charges. Superior Debt came to my rescue, it took some time but together we got it done. Amy and Les were great people to work with.

Superior debt relief saved me thousands of dollars. I would recommend this company to anyone looking at a mountain of credit card bills who realizes that they will be old before they're paid off. Amazingly, not only did this prove to be a good financial decision, but the people are great to work with. Dee Galla, especially, made this a wonderful experience. There were many times that I was at my wits end and she would make my life easier. When my grandma died and I needed the payment money to go to the funeral, she was able to help me skip a payment and change the payment due date with a renegotiation with the credit card company. When I refinanced my house and the mortgage company was playing by one set of rules and superior operated by a different set, Dee helped make something, virtually impossible to happen, happen for me. She was always courteous, professional, kind,helpful, accomodating, and noticeably ON MY SIDE! And no she did not pay me to say this and I don't know her outside of work. Thank you Superior Debt Relief Services. When I came to your company, I was drowning in debt of over $50,000 and that was only what I could bring to the settlement company and had another $10,000 in a credit union credit card. It was a painful and challenging journey to make. I had excellent credit, but I could barely make the monthly payments and had no money left after paying the bills. I had to make some type of decision as I was waking up in the middle of the night for this burden weighed heavily on my mind. The debt was all I could think about, so I made the decision and went with Superior. It was a struggle at times to make the monthly payment we agreed upon but I knew I could do it. The company was very responsive and encouraging. I have finally completed the program and am now debt free except for my mortgage. These past few years have changed the way I live my life financially and am more frugal in making purchases. The only monthly debt I have now is my mortgage and am credit card debt free. I was able to retire and now am quite comfortable financially. I would encourage anyone who is struggling and suffering with financial debt to do something positive and call Superior to to begin a process that will change your life. Just do it ...pick up the phone and call them now...you wont be sorry!!! We were at the end of our ropes, not knowing what to do next. We struggled with the concept of Superior and we tried to work things out with creditors on our own. Then we said we have nothing to lose and everything to gain..so we called to see what it was all about. Let me tell you I researched it all first and Superior came recommended!! At every step they were amazingly compassionate, understanding, and did not make us feel defeated or embarrassed! Milt was great from the first call we made. Amy is an "Angel" she has followed us ever since we started the program and she is truly the best!!! She checks in on us from time to time and answers all of my questions. I have lots, so don't think they wont answer all you need to know and help you every step of the way. They gave us tools and tips to get through the not so nice calls and threats, but even more they gave us tools to be better at our finances and to learn to think a whole new way for a better us once we are done! We are only 9 months in and no regrets and we feel confident that Superior Debt Relief Services has "our back"!!!! I would like to Thank everyone at this company, especially the two consultants that I have personally worked with for the past three years. Being in debt is a very stressful place to be. Along with being embarrassing, feeling impossible especially knowing in advance, the barrage of horrible creditor calls that will be coming down the pike. Les and Maria really helped me in so many ways to 'let-it-go" and entrust them with handling the details. They are extremely Professional, competent and courteous. They helped me with my negotiations, and at specific times loaned me resources to be able to "get the deal done" at the time I got the opportunity. Your rep. Milt Berger called me today, off an ad I contacted about your company, and I just had a credit consultation with him. This guy, Milt, is literally a god-send, an extremely honest and very helpful person. He really made my day and didn't try to sell me anything, which is very rare. He said your program may not be right for me and then proceeded to help me out with alternative ways to get out of debt. After talking to him, it felt like a huge load was lifted off my back. Before choosing Superior Debt Relief I checked with the Better Business Bureau. They gave Superior one of their highest rating. From day one I was treated with respect and as time went on I felt like I was part of a family. The advisors were there for me at all times. Whenever I would have a question no matter the subject they returned with a reply within 24 hours. They keep me updated on the progress being made. They even took the time to call me once a month to see how I was doing. That means a lot to me. They also go the extra mile advocating for me. I had a superb credit rating and had multiple lines of credit, including a $10,000 balance transfer at 1% interest. The problem was I was paying $1000 each month just in interest payments, with NO reduction in. what I owed. Truly a “Life Sentence!” I pulled the plug and called Superior. The best decision ever. That $70,000 in debt is now in the past, RESOLVED- dead and buried, and my credit rating is restored “Very Good”. Superior was absolutely great- they gave me my life back. Dee was awesome! She was almost always available to me, was super friendly and made sure I understood all of the terms and the process throughout my settlement. SDR/Dee were able to reduce my debt owed from $30K to a little over $10K. I was able to pay it off and move on with my life. After my last settlement cleared on my credit reports, my credit score went up by 45 points. I had about $20,000 in credit card debt that was hanging over my head for several years. I was making minimum payments and only covering the interest on cards that were maxed out and at high interest rates. Superior Debt Relief helped me out by setting up a manageable monthly payment and a definite time schedule when my debts would be paid-off. I am having an amazing experience with Superior Debt relief. They treat you like family. They check in on you every month to see how you are doing. They are excellent in dealing with creditors. They are excellent at explaining your progress in terms you can understand. If a counselor leaves he/she contacts you to explain why they are leaving and who your new counselor will be and a little bit about him/her. I am so happy I chose Superior who got an excellent rating with the BBB. I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel thanks to Superior.

I was not crazy about the idea regarding debt settlement and I'm very happy that I found the right company to work with me on all my debt settlement proposals. I went through a very rough divorce several years back and with my child support payments and high credit card payments I had to do something. Even though bankruptcy was an option, my income was too high for a Chapter 7 and a Chapter 13 budget plan did not make much sense to me either as I did not have $1,800.00 upfront to get an attorney and I thought that my chances of repairing my credit would be better without a bankruptcy hanging over me. At any rate my accounts would have to be settled one way or another and I needed help. The only downfall is that I would not have Bankruptcy protection when doing my best to settle with my creditors. I contacted Superior and we came up with a goal and a monthly payment plan to start settling my credit accounts. This worked well for me and it took me approximately 24 months to settle 5 accounts. I am now starting to establish better a credit rating and put more money in the bank. Life had its financial challenges for me and I am so happy that I went with Superior. They are professional, friendly and are always on the look out for their clients. I want to thank the team at Superior. Those who started working with me from the consultation, to the negotiators and legal team. I especially want to thank Marie C. for getting me through this as well. There was a light at the end of the tunnel when I didn't see it at first. I'm in a better place in my life financially. I must say that it feels really nice and I wish I would have started the process a lot sooner.
