The company sounded like a solution to my son's problems. He is in college and went overboard with his credit cards. Instead of Bankruptcy we looked for an alternative. They dont offer a loan but negotiate for you to lower your balances. You pay them for this service. You can do the same thing for free! Make sure you understand how a debt relief companies work.

My overall experience was a positive one!!!! I got out of $38,000 of debt in four years. I did have a couple of negative aspects though..... The fees were a little more than I anticipated. The initial contact point person didn't make it really clear how my credit score would be impacted. And my last negative has not been resolved yet. I have graduated from the program but have had two more$698 automatic withdrawals from my bank account!!!!

Keep in mind that our settlement fees are bigger savings than having to pay your creditors the full 100% of the debt owed + interest % + any additional fees they charge. Unfortunately credit impact is inevitable, the moment you stop making payments on your accounts, your credit begins to suffer, this is true in and out of the program. Luckily, you can start to see progress in your credit score as your program progresses, and can begin to focus on improving your credit upon completion of your program. We also want to reassure you that any funds that are left in your account that were not used for fees or settlements, will be refunded to you.
