I was in a desperate situation. They are very good. They have met all my expectation of my goals. They have high interest rates but they've back it up with their work. I had one bad experience with somebody but once I cleared it up with him, everything went well. Everybody else was great.

Sometimes I talk to excellent people from customer support and other times I get people that just give me the run around. Depending on which account I was working on, some kept me in touch really good and others danced around and it was an email or I was having to call them. The attorney they use is probably one of the worst attorneys I've ever dealt with.
