Set up was easy. Staff is friendly. Fees are really high. Out of $12,061 I have deposited, they took $5600 for fees. That's almost half. I recommend settling your debt on your own if you want to save money.

Liars, said they would not take there fees until the debts were paid off first. But they took all their fees up front and because of that did not have the money to pay one of the debts and defaulted on the settlement. Blamed me of course. I ended up being sued because of FDR. Would not recommend FDR to anyone.

In the end the amount saved was not worth the damage to my credit. I wished I would have taken a different path in resolving my debt. I was informed at the beginning there wasn’t a consolidation option for my debt, but once my debt was defaulted they swooped right in with a consolidation loan.
