Poor very bad experience and lesson learned in dealing with FDR. I am paying 1100 a month on a account that FDR was suppose to handle but didn’t . I have nothing positive to say aboutFDR!! Overall I am paying 1500$ a month !! Terrible experience .

The size of the monthly payment is a factor, as our program payments are often much lower than the required monthly minimum from creditors. When enrolling clients into our program, the calculated deposit amount is expected to cover the costs of all enrolled debts. Really poor communication, got bad advice from the beginning and I lost money instead of saving and worst of all, this absolutely destroyed my credit rating. Also , no one of any importance ever offered to help me or at least explain the situation. I call this false advertisement.
