I called and spoken to a representative and ask to change my date from withdrawing the money from my account and she put me on hold once she returns to the call she stated it was taken care of. On 9/12/18 the money was withdrawn and I went into an overdraft due to my mortgage was scheduled for payment. I called this company and no one has an answer plus I owe for the overdraft fee. I am very upset about this issue.

When I called FDR very upset, and rightfully so, they took over 3 months to "review" it. Meanwhile, my personal checking account was bleeding red and I could not get the money returned to my account. In frustration, I requested my account be closed and my current status on my accounts and my $350 be returned. They closed my b account all right, kept everything and kept my account open long enough to use up all the money I had banked to pay bills.

so far so good. except when I just checked my proggress I learned that I won't be debt free until 2022. not at all what was explained to me when I signed up 24 -48 months ? what happened there?
