The one thing I did not like is when at the beginning, after a couple of payments I was told I would have a chance to receive a loan from a certain bank to pay Freedom Debt Relief off and get some extra money for my self, but this did not happen. I was not approved. On top of everything else I feel I was told a untruth.

The service is offer is great. However, my one concern is that for a period of time I must deal with calls from creditors. Why can't once a party enters into agreement with your company that creditors can no longer call the debtor(s)?

There are many extra hidden fees that were not disclosed to us that prevent us from actually making quick progress to pay off our debt. The fees get taken before the credit account is paid. We were never told that we needed to report the savings on negotiated accounts as income on our taxes!! We still receive calls from creditors-and have had accounts where legal action has been taken against us. Terrible debt relief-it’s not helpful at all. This is just a different way to pay off all credit accounts but there is no benefit at all. We are paying more than we would have if we just paid our credit bills.

At this particular moment I am not happy with this debt relief company. I have said I am in desperate need of a loan to take care of a highly personal matter, and yet negative remark still remain on my credit report. I understand things may take time but I was told that I can start applying within the first week of accepting the services of this debt relief company. I was told that I can apply for loans but the case is I have not been successful so far and my need for this loan has Ben very much in need. I only hope that the company could please hurry up and remove the negative remarks on my account so that I can be approved properly, with immediate attention. Thank you

They have been a great help in making our decisions to go with them, they have been doing their job as stated. Only thing I don't like is it is hard to get ahold of them on a timely manner and if you pay for the lawyers, the lawyers don't negotiate your costs down.
