I'm not totally happy at this point. My credit score has tanked and I'm going to be moving soon so I am concerned. When I call, they don't have a lot to say, just hang in there. I don't feel that much support to be honest. I continue to get creditor calls many times a day, and I don't answer them. One of them made me a good offer, but I don't know what freedom will do with it.

You did not explain the result as accurate as could have been...!! The result is not what you told me...it is less... lawyer assist was not explained completely....!! You saved the largest until last, making me pay longer.....!! I am a totally disabled veteran, I am lien proof, The companies that contacted me related they did not have that information and would settle with you folk.......could have paid a lawyer what I have paid you and paid nothing however I wanted to try and do what was right...!!

I was under the impression that all my debts would be settled quickly which was not true. I have been harassed by the credit card companies and finally debt collectors since last year I receive ad many as 30 phone call per day. As of this date only two have been settled after 10 months. Also is the fees you take out of my monthly payment is ridiculous for the kind of service you have provided. I had to wait 8 months to receive a hard copy of the agreement I signed with you. The person that signed me up a person named Valentino who is nothing but a liar.

Frankly I have no idea what FDR is doing! All I know is I am submitting my payments and I am not receiving collection calls or being sued. They did try to tell me they had successfully negotiated settlement of one of my 3 accounts; however, I had paid that account off in full 5 months earlier.

I have 100% regretted working with Freedom Debt Relief. I wish I would have tried to negotiate for myself. The company is too big, and the communication between its employees is extremely poor. I will speak to a representative who gives me an amount needed to settle my debt, and a week later I will call back to discover that nothing has been resolved. I've been given pay off amounts numerous times. Every time I think I'm in a good place, I call again to discover they need more money to resolve my debt. I discovered today that they won't resolve my final debt until I have 60% in the account plus their exorbitant fees for settling the account. My enrolled balance of $9200 on one of my debts will end up costing me $9100 due to negotiation amounts and fees. It was not worth it at all, and now my credit is RUINED! I wish I would have found another option from the start. If you can avoid working with this company, do so at all costs!

There were hidden fees that I was not aware of when signing up for the program. Also, I enrolled two credit union debts which were my largest, I was told they would negotiate with all my creditors. After two years in the program I was informed credit unions do not work with Freedom and now I have to settle with them through my lawyer. Had I known I would have set up a payment plan with them two years ago, and reduced the interest they are now charging me total of $10K. Freedom has been doing this long enough to know who will settle with them and who will not, I should have been told up front not to enroll those debts.

I'm not real happy that one of my collections went to me being served with papers and then the lawyer not being able to help me and having to come up with $2,700 when the only income I have is my disability which is $1,100 my husband's not working we are both going through cancer treatment and then the lawyer informed me that others debts could go through the courts to so no I'm not very happy right now I thought me giving these to you guys to take care of what stop them from going to the courts and me being served now I have that showing on my credit
